Wild Garlic and Stinging Nettle Soup cooked over a campfire in the woods.
มุมมอง 1K6 หลายเดือนก่อน
This is my favourite recipe for Wild Garlic (Alium ursinum) and Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica) soup. I made it in the woods but it tastes just as good if you make it in your own kitchen at home. The use of a hand blender isn't really bushcraft, but the Bluetti EB55 works really well as an off grid power source while you're away from civilisation. The knife is a Lars Falt Bushcraft by Casstrom ...

Bow Drill Friction Fire Lighting
มุมมอง 5664 ปีที่แล้ว
When it comes to improvised fire lighting techniques the bow drill friction method stands out as one of the most effective methods that we could use in a true life or death survival situation. It can take a while to master the basics and develop the muscle memory, but like riding a bicycle, once you've perfected the technique it will become a part of you. Giving you the freedom and confidence t...
Using a Hultafors Åby Forest Axe for Felling, Limbing and processing Firewood.

An Axe can be your become your best friend when it comes to Wilderness Survival. With a well maintained Axe you can fell trees and split firewood as well as performing just about any other task that you would otherwise use a knife for. The Åby Forest Axe is a fantastic general purpose tool for woodcraft and wilderness camping and in this video Andrew Thomas Price will show you how he uses his a...
How I "SAFELY" use a knife for Bushcraft and Survival.
มุมมอง 7624 ปีที่แล้ว
The Bushcraft Knife is one of the most versatile tools for survival. It can be used to perform tasks as diverse as butchering game and preparing a meal, to whittling a canoe paddle. But without practical training and the knowledge of how to use a knife safely, it can become more of a liability than an asset. This video has been made in conjunction with Bushcraft and Survival Skills Magazine, to...

We look out, not to mix wild garlic with lilly of the valley(that is poisiounus). I also like to add mirror egg or boiled egg onto these, like i toss it onto spinach.
