@@jarrett9636 In some scenarios wattage will stay the same, however the default voltage value is lowered and the reason why your card is having big temps is because of voltage, that should be a problem and you shouldnt be worried If your card is using full 220W you arent having any cpu bottleneck which is amazing for best performance.

@@vladyslav.hlynianyi Hmm, weird to be honest with you, that low of a difference shouldnt be a problem, if 975mV works you should stick with that though, its a minimal difference temperature wise The reason why our cards have such big volt status is because of stability, more mV it has its more stable, at a cost of temperature ofc. Play around and tweak some settings, you have nothing to lose.

I'm getting almost 14k in multicore, usually if you go too much on the UV value wise you start to lose performance. Everyone stucks a -30 and think they're having gains, in reality it's clock stretching and losing performance.

@@piter600k Ofcourse, this goes for all the RTX 4070 Super cards (all models ..msi, inno3d, asus) Feel free to undervolt, you cant damage your card.

Something is not right, check your memory temps on the gpu, may be too hot so it downclocks. Other then that maybe a cpu bottleneck, but i dont think heaven benchmark is that cpu dependant. Score doesnt matter too much, if you compare those two in real gaming its day and night difference.

@@ekogg i got a 7800x3d and i Just checked the temps on my 4070.... 110 Hotspot temp while the Benchmark, i stripped the Card appard and Just applied new thermal Pads and Paste i Hope this fixes IT. In Games the gard hast Like small lag Spikes... Maybe because the Card downclocks? I dont know

@@ekogg Ok after the repaste etc. my max gpu Temp under 3dmark test was 83,6 celsius the gpu memory was at Max 50 celsius and the hotspot was again at 111 celsius something is wrong with the card i think

@@ekogg I went with 0.950mv and 2700MHZ. Some games can just bypass it somehow :(. I tried to lower voltage and went with tons of event errors with nvidia driver. My question was why are you calling your current settings overclocking ? Because of manual memory clock raising up ? I did not touch the memory though. Also Valley did zero job for me with ANY settings I set there. Only gaming pointed out my mistakes. In conclusion, it helped me alot anyway(reduced some power usage).

@@vvr5000 Well man, you cant lose anything trying different voltages and clocks, u can just lower down voltage without overclocking, just find out what your boost clock is and thats it. Overclocking is not so worth it today because Gpus are powerful enough, For undervolt dont go under 925mV and above 1.200mV I think 1100mV can be stable for you on all the overclocks but try out for yourself Your graphics card wont break or die, it will just crash the driver and thats it U have nothing to lose trying, dont worry.

@@AaronWOfficial Sure, I agree with you But point of this video is to show you how to undervolt, not tweak fan curve or something else, I was just recommending an overclock, ofc you should know that fan curve should be set up if you are undervolting anyway. But I mean you are right, I just wanted to make the video smaller.

Or you can just leave the fan curve on auto and it will be just fine..

@@Daniel57925 not necessarily, there is such a thing as thermal throttling and if you have an auto fan curve it could start throttling before the fans kick in properly assuming you are really pushing the gpu. is a safer bet to have the fans kick in around 75% speed when the temps reach 70 degrees and then have a linear ramp from there to 100% if you are really pushing your card.

​@@AaronWOfficial I think that the stock auto fan settings for my Gigabyte 4070 super gaming oc are really good since I never even reach 70 celsius, even though I run my card at 2910mhz and +2000 on the memory. But for other cards it may be beneficial to adjust the fan curve manually..but I think most stock settings ramp up the rpm on the fans beyound 70c

@@Daniel57925 Some auto fan curves might be ok, but I would never trust it tbh. Better to set your own imo. It is not just about being safe it is about control. Like for example what if you want to allow your card to reach a cap of 80 degrees. Theoretically you could have 50% rpm at 70 degrees and have a sharp ramp up to 100% at 80 degrees and this way your less demanding games will make your card less loud while your more demanding games that push the card to its limits will be safe coz the fans are fully kicked in by 80 degrees. Can really fine-tune it if you do a bunch of testing beforehand, to put less wear on the ball bearing in the fans and less overall noise apart from when it is at max load.

@@ekogg Thanks, I'd love to see it, also one more thing, if u have a gpu that can run texture packs well I'd change it for the R3D Craft x512 or the x128 or x64 if not a good gpu, its free which is interesting at x512

Yes its worth it You get extra cores and threads + 3DVcache I replaced r5 5500 with this cpu and its a huge improvement in games overall Especially ones that use that extra Vcache like far cry 5 6 or newer games Your gpu is fine for now 1080p or 1440p should work fine on some games with decent fps. This mod is mostly cpu dependant like all the mc mods If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

well actually its mix of both, Cpu is more used here because it needs to render all the chunks, im just showing the speed of chunks rendering on this cpu that's all I could maybe test without shaders for better results. Thanks

Install optifine for that version and just go video settings shader packs and select your pack. tip:easy fps boost if you to video settings->other->render regions:on.
