It depends on university you go. Some university has tough competition than other and you need to have a good result to Join medicine. There is also Other criteria like Your first semester GPA(result) 50%, COC 30%, entrance result 20%. Begna gize endizi nbr still it works

@@Eva-y1l in my university stay I didn't see a person who is taking this course. I guess it is a kind of sub speciality. But mostly obstetrician do those kind of cases. Just search and ask people. They may give you some clues. If I hear something relate this department I will inform you.

@@Yonas-kk9mn Jimma is the best next to kidus paulos but there is a tough competition. If you can go through every challenges and competition, you can Join. I personally recommend you to choose one of the two

First you need to graduate from medical school by Doctor of medicine then you need to work for 1 to 2 years as general Doctor then after you can specialise to surgery probably it takes around 4years then you will become surgeon.
