love this run. Knackered at the end !

A little shaky but a decent run up on the new black run in Tignock trails Dublin.

having a buzz with Fernando on the new red trail in Tick nock. This is 3rd run of the day. Made it in 4.07 so now I'll have some fun trying to get to under 4.

Day 2 with the guys form Malaysia. Was great riding with these guys who were all pretty quick. I tried to keep up where I could. The Trail is in Chiang Mai and we are riding with King from X biking. you can contact them on Facebook. Please note. they don't hire bikes. So best to bring your own.

Day 3. I may have mixed up some runs here on these last ones. Still dont really know where i am on these trails. they are long and take a bit of getting used to. This was I think the last part of the runs although I did miss filming one of the sections. All in all a great trip.

Going good. Climb up to Doi suthep and then hit the Bamboo trail. Bit easier the 2nd time although quite a bit on the brakes. Getting used to the thai terrain a bit more. Got a bamboo or branch or something went through the helmet and the stick went up my nose. Thankfully just small cut. Was bleeding but stuck some tissues in and got down the hill. Seems grand now. Went exploring for this one. A few kilometers after Doi Suthep is small climb to to the blue Bamboo trial. was on my own so stopped a few times to find my way down the hill. the track splits in 3 places and each one ending a on the south west side of the city with a 20 pedal back to the city center. Riding with Mr A from velo Hua Hin for the afternoon. Cant remember the name of this trial. Small hill with about 8 different runs all pretty technical in some way. Enjoyed riding in the heat.
