With all due respect, this is my scientific and factual opinion, we know that the honourable Governor of Capiz and the rest of the government officials are concerned with our people, in terms of health, etc. and people should be grateful also since they are only doing their duties as part of their public service, etc. But people are commonsensical and careful. Even before the Covid-19 pandemonium, people were washing their hands. However, in the scientific dialogue, not necessarily a debate, in the spirit of the 'audiator at ultra parse', or "hearing the other side", there could be no hard evidence to show clinically or scientifically nor there can be accurate and reliable Covid-19 testing to show that the Covid-19 virus is deadly on this planet since it is only flu and cold. And so, Sir & Madame, how could it be deadly? We need a respectful dialogue about this based on science, etc. while we (must) respect our government officials but likewise respect our human, and civil rights and liberties in all aspects, etc. as well as common sense. There are thousands of thousands of scientists and independent medical experts and health researchers, etc. all over the world who are documenting in their contestable studies and research, etc. that Covid-19 is actually not deadly, and there are so many study references that require public dialogues and debates, etc. scientifically and professionally under the democratic system about this matter, purely scientific and nothing else. Probably, what is urgent to know is how Covid-19 experimental vaccines are safe for humans? Why after vaccinations there are other false alarms and false flags that there is another deadly Covid-19 news on this planet? People are tired already, and people are simply interested to go back to normal without fear-mongering and exaggerated health precautions, after two years of economically wasteful semi Martial law Covid-19 lockdown and quarantine measures and strict health protocols, etc. People are normally and instinctively careful in terms of health so long as they are aware of nutrition and given the knowledge of nutrition, etc. and if they have enough nutritious food and basic necessities that they could afford, they are therefore absolutely important for life, health survival, etc. However, with respect to our authorities, going back to face masking is not scientific since even WHO has admitted, among other experts said that face mask is not effective, and ergo, is only used in absolute cases, and quite the contrary in fact, it causes illnesses because the carbon dioxide that is gaseous is entrapped in the inhale-exhale breathing and thus is converted to toxic that causes dizziness and also difficulty breathing or might cause oxygen deficiency, etc. although face mask is only used in absolute cases in a real pandemic or epidemic which at present times "there is no factual basis", scientifically, etc. as there was no real pandemic, hence, the face mask is only used in times of volcanic eruptions, of heavy environmental pollutions, or dust contaminations, or to some other cleaning up animal piggery and poultry drops or faeces and using chemicals particularly spraying chemicals at the rice-fields, but in the normal times, the face mask is absolutely not necessary since it causes health problems. I think our honourable officials must rather help to continue to restore the people back to normal since it is the good economy that absolutely matters, etc. The likelihood of restriction is, debatably, going to kill the local economy. What kills the people is probably not just climate change but climate collapse, and likewise, the lingering problems of inflationary prices of the basic needs and services, medical and health needs, while unfortunately there is a continual deflation of pesos that our local people are prone to all kinds of stress, heavy stress to budget the money-stretched-out to the very limit that causes lack of food and nutrition and health needs, and that causes health problems, and definitely, in my observation, is not Covid-19 virus which is according to many other experts that it is 99.99% not deadly, with only less than.001% death rate, in truth, if the persons have other pre-existing diseases or illnesses. People on this planet even here in the Philippines who accordingly died from Covid-19 were either vaccinated or non-vaccinated were just cremated and declared Covid-19 victims without autopsy and proof that they really died because of Covid-19 or cold or flu. So, where is the evidence that Covid-19 is deadly? What is a virus? And how one could define a pandemic? I think overall, in terms of health what we need is natural immunity. I am more afraid of a money crisis that could be deadly than the Covid-19 virus which is not deadly! Thank you, and with respect. Long live and God bless!

There are NO changes happened in Capiz since I left the place 15 years ago. Nagulat ako same pa din lahat maalikabok na mga bayan. Hindi organisado na mga merkado. Mga bahay na Kubo. Walang tourist spots. Walang gaanong malls. Kawayan ang namamayagpag na bahay. Capiz is behind sa mga probinsya sa Panay. Kawawa na mga mamamayan. Pumipili ng iuupo pero walang nangyayari. Ang tagal na sa pwesto pero walang development. Propaganda lang lahat.

Impressive indeed although this is a tourism promotion that is interestingly mesmerizing, and also very optimistically captivating, with the excellent work of the local government officials of Capiz. Indeed, in an honest assessment based on existing resources, Capiz is also a very rich province, ecologically God-nature-given, of cultural inheritance, here in the Philippines, hence, economically speaking, whereby the material wealth of plenty, food is plenty, is axiomatically conspicuous with the potential eyes in the future from the investors locally and overseas or international. May I say that there should be no reason or alibi, putatively, for some Capizenos to go outside of Capiz, or elsewhere or overseas, to work, live and reside? There are so many outside of Capiz for many reasons. But I envisage: 'shall there be a time when Capizenos anywhere residing in this country, and on this planet go back to Capiz, and be the physical part of, other than monetarily and economically the sterling future prosperity of the province particularly by 2030-2040-2050 when there will be a prognosis of a new local economic system to be initiated as a matter of time by economic and political will - whereby Capiz province is going to be 100% economically sustainable without dependency from the outside?' It's nice to go around Capiz and enjoy, but you know, it's too costly, and the only hampering thing is "the money" this Peso currency, despite the existing economic wealth, is a challenging reality, now that it is losing its value, the peso is weakening via incorrigible fluctuations and more so vulnerable in the technology-based digital currency system, which we call deflation, and in front of the increasing prices of basic needs, services, etc. which we call inflation, including the public transport commute fares, and among other living costs, are becoming prohibitive. One must be either very wise and frugal indeed in spending to get by daily. We're all affected. Money problems or value are negatively affecting the tourism industry. It is now also becoming too expensive to reside in Roxas City, Capiz province, even in the rural villages, and many can hardly cope with it, except the few, just like elsewhere here in the Philippines, and all over the world. The costs of living are getting high. Stress is very common to get by daily. PHP1,000-2,000 ($20-$40) for a household, to be precise, is not enough anymore for one day of food marketing. Economic and business activities in terms of parity are challenging also, while interestingly, the political level playing fields are also apparently normal probably and hopefully in search of unity in diversity and solidarity on a win-win way across political parties towards the aspirations of prosperity and security for all Capizenos. Long live, and God bless!

This is an impressively well-spoken invitation of the Honourable Governor of Capiz province to all to join in the Capiztahan 2023! God bless the Governor and much more, and the sterling prosperity of the province of Capiz in the coming years, and decades! Long live and God bless!

Culturally interesting, and it's indeed for some, maybe, not for many Capiznon, starting April 14 to May 01, 2023, although fleeting happiness only, but still significant indeed, and hopefully there is joy in this CAPIZTAHAN 2023 as before! Not too happy may be, for many others, and to others too sad, because the good products available on sale on tags are also too expensive, (MAINIT SA BULSA under the scorching heat of the sun, not practicable for the common people in the streets, hence, taking into serious consideration that the prices are worsening inflated, with our Philippine Peso, tragically, in continuous deflation, apparently beyond control by the monetary and economic both local and the national authorities. Inflation is also a hindrance to People's happiness! (?) Enjoying the fiesta celebrations needs money. What is PHP500 to enjoy? Maybe, if each one will have a minimum of PHP2k to PHP5k up to PHP10k, or even more, then, for sure, everyone as consumers and buyers and fiesta participants with purchasing power at their hands, will be happy and satisfied with the celebrations. Many others can't, except a few. So, I guess, with respect to the honourable officials of Capiz, Roxas City, and all other municipalities, and the entire concerned bodies including Tourism and other institutions, including the Catholic Church and other churches, etc. both the provincial and city, etc. and their respected priorities and event programs, maybe, in the future, to "make this fiesta interestingly creative, lively, happy, joyful, etc." is to consider "the SOLIDARITY inclusion or the integration of a kind of "Food Sharing Event" - of simple local food menus, and other colonizing menus from other provinces or countries with the Capizeno people with the WORDS: 'FOOD FOR ALL DURING FIESTA" OR 'PAGKAON PARA SA TANAN SA CAPIZTAHAN', perhaps, together with the local and foreign visitors, dignitaries, etc. of whatever social or economic status, including the poor, is going to be creatively feasible also during Fiesta Celebrations. In doing so, the majority of Capiznon may feel that they are indeed part of the grand celebration with the feeling of solidarity and strengthening the culture of 'BINULIGAY.' This Capiztahan is not only in the interest of business people but for all classes of people. I hope this is also going to be feasible in the future with respect to budget allocations, ergo, subject to deliberations. I heard that the budget allocation of this CAPIZTAHAN 2023 is more or less PHP20M up to PHP50M, (?) and whether this is true or not, (?) this might be "neither too big, nor too small", considering the costs involved during this period in celebrating it 'with the losing value of Peso', but, still, indeed significant allocation from the Capiz provincial treasury of the so-called People's money from taxes and or from other good sources, etc., perhaps also from national, if need be. (?) Enjoy! LONG LIVE AND GOD BLESS CAPIZ PROVINCE AND ALL CAPIZENO PEOPLE RICHLY AND GRACEFULLY!
