Walmart needs a hub for Spark drivers To go and get help in person . The 5 day wait for a response is non sense. I got deactivated for discrepancy in my Onboarding documents (or) like they told me (or) personal documents. I re-uploaded my license and insurance. Still deactivated. I can't see my Onboarding documents for some reason. I'm going back and forward right now . They told me my proof is not a good reason to get reactivated. Like proof ?? My license and DL is up to date . And both not expired. I can't see my Onboarding documents so I wouldn't know which part has a discrepancy. Plus they said your Onboarding or personal information. Why can't they just say an exact and correct document. Not like IDK personal info or maybe Onboarding documents. It's annoying.

Make sure the delivery payment itself and the miles make sense. Ignore the tips, you aren’t entitled to tips. If you’re relying on tips you’re in the wrong business.

I do Walmart Spark, but only a few hours a day. Plus I am retired, have SS and 2 pension plans and a good savings account. Spark Driver is not full time for me. I enjoy moving, getting up and out my apartment, helping others and don't make it my full time work. Young people should know Gig work should not be your full time work. Corporate are greedy and the pay for gig work has gotten lower and lower,

I do 99% shopping orders just because I can get in and out faster then waiting for them to bring the order out but I absolutely hate when it comes to substitutions text the customer and they never get back to you so u move on with what the app says to get just got my first customer rating I’m 4.5 like to know what they are saying I did wrong

I just signed up with Gopuff a couple of weeks ago. I live in a college town in Illinois. The warehouse says that they have no hours available for the entire week and going into next week. I'm not that hopeful about this job!

I follow all the steps. Try to contact customer n calling them due to gps malfunction. Sometime gps cant pin point customer address. Or no internet access to contact them. Basically they ignore your text n call. When we return the store, customer get upset n complaint on app. That will put spark driver risk of deactivated. I am tired of all these loser customers.

Any advice on how to get reactivated? I was on spark for 3 years until February when i got randomly deactivated. Did my statement on the pre arbitration phone call and the decision was upheld.

I am USA citizen and my spark driver account been deactivated just because I was complaining about illegal Venezuelans who using 2,3,4 fake accounts,instead of kicking them out spark kicked me out…priceless

I will never, ever do a comforter. It's basically a cheap black bear and on top of that. There's 17 different ways to get deactivated and including 3 per minute. There's a whole video on TH-cam about it. And not to mention a lot of the customers. That used to pick up on Uber. Select years ago, just straight up. Start paying for limos because they don't want to be in. For example, I Toyota Corolla that qualifies.

I was wondering is the final Pay the number you accept or do most orders have tips added? I know you can’t predict tips but I didn’t know if people from any type of order add a tip after the drop off? Maybe the tip was already included? Are there any stores or pick ups that 100% don’t allow tips?

Great tips thank you! I have an SUV, a Prius and an older (1998) long bed pick-up truck that has a lift gate. I would assme the lift-gate could come in handy for larger orders. Do you know if Roadie would allow the 1998 pick-up truck due to its older year?

It has always been against spark policy to check IDs they are starting to do it for illegal accounts or why seem illegal, you don't know if it's an illegal bought account or rented or a husband or wife and friends and family tag teaming it's legit accounts swapping phones shopping while one delivers
