    I live in Loganville and traveled weekly by air for 3 years. I did not have any issues or problems getting to the airport for my flights.

    Great overview of Monroe! As someone who recently moved to Georgia from Connecticut, I find Walton County the perfect location for accessing Atlanta, Athens, I-85, and I-20. It’s only going to get more popular in the coming years.

    Great video! How is the crime rate in Covington GA? My spouse and I were thinking about moving there, but we've heard that the crime rate is high.

      Crime honestly is everywhere; however, when compared to the city of Atlanta, I feel like it is better in Covington. I know someone who’s been there over 10 years and hasn’t had an issue. I recommend visiting the area, especially the square. The season for lots of events is coming! And of course if you need an agent, I’d love to assist!

    Loganville is actually very popping ur in the middle of two major cities in Athens n Atlanta not to mention Gwinnett is literally next door lol

      Loganville is actually in Gwinnett and Walton. And you're right about the location. I tell clients that here you have Grayson, Snellville, and Lawrenceville close by for shops, events and activities. I go to Athens to Costco and Trader Joes lol. And you're right, Hwy 78 is literally a straight shot to the city of Atlanta via Decatur.

    I would never drive through new construction again! I’ve had to replace 2 run flat tires already due to nails! I park and walk community on nice sunny days now. But I’ve finally found my home in Loganville at Logan Point! See Michelle tell her Latise J sent you!

      Most zones that I'm in don't have a lot of construction debris on the ground these days so hasn't been an issue for me yet. I love driving it to see just how small or large the community is, and many times available homes are further away from the model. Walking it is good when there are amenities to check out, or of course more homes close together to see! I'm familiar with Logan Point - they have two builders in that location. It's near my favorite Mexican spot in Loganville. For anyone likes the area like this young lady does, let me know and we can talk through availability!

    mike the ons site agent was so friendly and helpful on our inquiry for purchase. the lots are HUGE.. and the houses are very well built💥💥💥. dacula is a nice, quiet city as well. the schools and residents are great as well

      Yes he is. I spoke with him at length about the homes and the incentives so that I can share it with buyers. Personally my son was zoned for the schools and he thoroughly enjoyed the MS and the HS. And you are right, the houses and the lots are large!

      That's news to me. With every builder, no matter the reputation, all buyers need to make sure they have an inspection done and provide the builder with everything that comes up so that it can be fixed.

      Well, there are some places that have good food. But you have to remember Covington is still a small town. But give it a few years, and you'll start seeing more variety. On the plus side, there are other towns close by to get some good eats, and you don't have to travel into Atlanta proper. It definitely is more peaceful compared to other cities closest to Atlanta.

    I live in Loganville and had lived in Lawrenceville and can say that there are areas that are going to be spots you don’t want to spend too much time in. Overall, I personally don’t agree with labeling the whole city that way. I filmed this area in particular because this is what living in the area will get you: small town community with a active town city. Covington is growing as they bring in more retail, and movies are still being filmed here. Let me know when you decide. If you can buy, I encourage it over renting. Home prices are pretty steady and growing. Lots of new construction in the area.

      Thanks for getting back to me. I actually visited GA two days ago and got to talk to some people. They all agree that Covington is a good area and is safe. I was told that Lawrenceville would be better socially and has a better food scene. I’m leaning towards Covington because of the shorter commute and a particular apartment. I’m not ready to buy at this time but I don’t think renting is worth it, especially in GA with the abusive rental practices- no rent control and ridiculously high application and admin fees. I’ve always worked with individual landlords who didn’t charge fees but I couldn’t find any in GA. Even managed properties in NJ only had $25 -$75 application fees (not sure if things changed after Covid. In GA, it is $350). If I like GA, I’ll proceed to buy a home. Thanks for your insight.

      @@pinklobelia2389 of course. Lawrenceville’s downtown area is great for social events, restaurants, but a good middle ground is Grayson or Snellville. Make sure you explore those cities when you get down here, and call me when your close to getting ready to buy so we can get you prepared. :-)

      They do have homes with basements. With new construction, taxes are really established so the lender estimates. Reach out to me and we can get an appointment scheduled to tour the community. All the 4 bedroom homes are over 2000sf.
