Thank you for your question about whether the thief on the was baptized? If you understand very well that Jesus Christ has power to forgive sins on earth hence he forgave the thief on the cross when he said to him “Today, you will be with me in paradise”. The scripture that proves Christ has power to forgive sins on earth is (Mathew 9:6). There, Jesus told the paralytic “Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee” (Mat. 9:2). The scribes says he blasphemed for declaring a man forgiven of sins. But Jesus says, to them, this he did for them to know that “the son of man has power on earth to forgive sins” (Mt. 9:6). This is the grace the thief on cross had. He had the opportunity to meet the master physically who has the power to forgive sins on earth and was forgiven. Today, no man can meet Jesus Christ physically on earth to have such a privilege. Today, anyone who believes in Christ must be baptized in water for the forgiveness of sins for salvation (Mk 16:15-16).

Very insightful teaching Sir. i have some questions. Is healing eg of the woman with the issue of blood considered a miracle/signs/wonder? Does it mean it's a lie for us believers to experience these signs in today's world? Mark 16: 17-18, John 14: 12. Please explain what Jesus meant in these two scriptures. Thank you Sir.
