Veuillez suivre les étapes ci-dessous pour nous aider à résoudre les problèmes de caméra. 1. Veuillez utiliser une épingle pour appuyer sur le bouton Réinitialiser en bas en mode marche pour vérifier si la caméra va redémarrer. 2. Après avoir appuyé sur le bouton Réinitialiser pour réinitialiser la caméra, veuillez remettre le mode de commutation de ON à OFF. Rallumez ensuite l'appareil photo pour voir si l'appareil photo répondrait. 3. Veuillez retirer la carte SD lorsque la caméra est en mode OFF. Rallumez ensuite l'appareil photo pour voir si l'appareil photo répondrait. Si l'appareil photo répond alors qu'il n'y a pas de carte SD, il y a probablement un problème avec votre carte. Actuellement, notre caméra iG220 prend en charge les cartes SD jusqu'à 128 Go et la carte SD doit être de taille normale. Vous ne pouvez pas utiliser de carte micro SD avec un adaptateur de carte pour l'insérer dans l'appareil photo. Si votre carte fait plus de 64 Go, vous pouvez généralement la formater en exFAT et l'appareil photo fonctionnera normalement. Si la taille de la carte SD est inférieure à 64 Go, nous vous recommandons de la formater en FAT32. Soyez assuré que nous sommes des vendeurs responsables. S'il s'avère qu'il s'agit bien d'un problème avec la caméra, veuillez contacter notre service après-vente par email à support.gc@izeeker.co. Please follow the steps below to help us troubleshoot camera issues. 1. Please charge the camera with the USB cable when it's in OFF mode. After the charging light indicator turns green, please plug out the cable and turn on the camera. 2. Please use a pin to press Reset button on the bottom in on mode to check if the camera will restart. 3. After press Reset button to restart the camera, please return the switch mode from ON to OFF again. Then turn on the camera again to see if the camera would respond. 4. Please remove the SD card when the camera is in OFF mode. Then turn on the camera again to see if the camera would respond. If the camera responds and does not shut off when there is no sd card, it's likely there is something wrong with your card. Please make sure you use a normal-sized SD card. A micro SD card is not allowed. And please format the card to FAT32 on your computer before you insert it into the camera. 5. Keep the camera in off mode. Then use USB cable to connect the camera with your computer to confirm whether the screen can light on. If the problem still exists after following the above sugestions, it's very likely the camera is defective. It depends on which data operators are supported in your country. Our 4G trail camera iG300 can be used in most European countries. If you want to know the data operators that the iG300 supports, please contact our email support.gc@izeeker.co.

It's currently available on Amazon UK, but not on DE, IT, FR ans ES.

Les 40 LED donnent une faible lueur la nuit afin que la caméra de chasse iG400 puisse prendre d'excellentes photos et vidéos. Ne vous inquiétez pas, cela effrayera les animaux. La plupart des animaux se sont habitués à la surveillance de la caméra de chasse. De nombreux animaux sont même curieux de savoir ce qu'est l'appareil qui donne une faible lueur et s'en rapprochent. L'iG400 peut simplement enregistrer clairement leurs mouvements la nuit.
