Question? Why not glue on a cpvc shut off. I’ve seen lots of shark bites fail.

Why waste a SB valve on PVC. Expensive valve of a $1 job. SB valave $21, PVC Valve $5. Glue $4.50/set worth 100 connections So really $0.10 = $5.10 for PVC Valve. OVERPRICED Plumbing at its best.

Back stabbing is lazy and dangerous because it's not a secure connection, it's a loose connection, & loose connections generate heat, & heat causes fires. Hook and loop the wires around the terminal screws. It's a far better connection.
