Who wrote that San Joaquin Hymn po?
Juanito Selibio I think, he's a well known song writer, teacher, poet etc. so maybe him and also he's the one of those bravest men in Marcos time. He did wrote a letter for Marcos to put a cemented road there in San Joaquin.
