Cheers mate! This is Boscombe Police Station on Gloucester Road near King's Park. It recently re-opened at the start of 2024! They have quite a few of IRVs and cell vans. Check this video where there were some amazing catches th-cam.com/video/LG8mE3NFmaY/w-d-xo.html

Don’t know much about UK police liveries but seen similar before on interceptors and riot vans.
Yes you're totally right, Road Policing Interceptors can have a black underpaint and some Riot Vans, especially MET's Territorial Support Group Vans,
