I am a Medical doctor Harrased by Judiciary Lower court to High court and Begging for justice from Lower court to supreme Court and now through pm channel again to the Lower court for 14 years completing 14th year in Lower court having rooted through all the systems and facing oats and unreliability of the present judicial system. Dr Anand hardikar a victim of today's judicial system in Pune Cooperative Court. Thanks to all for illustrative lecture adding to my GK while practicing medical practice in Dombivl.

Unfortunately all these MMC rules are regulations are absolutely useless unless record is maintained online similar to the MCGM customer portal for redevelopment projects. K/W ward is the most corrupt ward and our C2B reports have kept disappearing on the behest of "vested interests", wherein only one or two people have signed a PAAA, hand in glove with the developer from the Managing Committee. Repeated submission of C2B reports from empanelled BMC auditors have been deliberately removed from the ward office building file. The corruption is so blatant that the DO of the ward also imparted misinformation to the TAC that no report has been submitted. We are glad to have preserved all the original acknowledgements which we will be producing in the on going civil suit. But sadly, the officers responsible will just get a transfer and a slap on the wrist. Such corrupt officials should be languishing in jails for at least 10 years, with no scope of ever getting a govt. job posting, wasting hard earned tax payers money. Our structure's issue was also published in Free Press Journal on 15 Aug 2021, but a lot more corruption has been discovered since then. Shamelessly added back dated letters, fabricated letters with fabricated society stamp/seal, even produced the same as evidence by MCGM, but originals are nowhere to be found via RTI... the list is endless and we have just started to scratch the surface of the corruption. It will be years before we get justice.

Sir, What about fore non cessed private pagdi buildings,where landlord not coperate and by Mal Practices forcing tenants to evict, even though more than 70% tenants are given consent for the redevelopment.Before demolition there are no agreements with landlord,no rent,no shifting,no time bound redevelopment plan etc.Please reply.
