I’m not aware of the “bad taste” you speak of… please let me know. But, I wanted exposure in the retirement accounts to EPD, but, they issue a K-1, which is suboptimal for a retirement account… so MLPX gives me added diversification in addition to EPD and there’s no K-1 issued…

@@DapperDividends yes absolutely and that’s why AI is not necessarily gonna hurt the business. It may even help it. That is if it’s used for efficiency. But it is a lot of jobs that might potentially go away or change.

I’m not too worried about VICI's debt because they can easily pay their interest, have good cash flow, and their debt is spread out over a long time. And, their net debt to capital has been flat since 2022…

Congrats on the 80% gain, but you might want to check in with your accountant on that… but, what I wasn’t aware of is that MLPs are already tax deferred, so it’s not optimal holding them in a retirement account… I strongly recommend checking in with your accountant though… Appreciate the comment, Adam.🫡

Hey Hanz, there is lots of cash on the sidelines, and you make a really interesting point… if/when the market corrects or crashes, we could see lots of people piling in at cheaper valuations which could be the catalyst for the next big bull run…🤔
