Ronald Magden interview clip - TCC McNeil Island Penitentiary education program
TCC history professor Ron Magden discusses his involvement with the education program run by the college at the McNeil Island Federal Penitentiary in the 1960s and 1970s.

State took over in 1981. 1966 start equals 15 years.
Yes, Ron's math is a little off in this clip. Also worth noting that while the state took over McNeil in 1981, the TCC education program there ended in 1980, with the final graduation ceremony on April 24. This is a good reminder to add some notes in the video description to clarify a few things.
