I love BangChan, ive been struggling so much with friendships and friend problems and it has been affecting me so much… Ive literally cried multiple times at school because of my struggles at school. I got a c for the end of the quarter in my weight training class even though its a b for the semester my dad wasnt happy. Ive realized that to some people all i am is my grades and it is killing me... i havent felt like this in so long... im so tired

i wish ı really come to you and talk with you ,channie..but youre too away from me,you are in korea and ım in turkey..i really need a support but ı have no one to talk or just sit and enjoy our company..life is getting harder for me and our dear chan,you are my only support,..i already have some problems with sh and anxiety and you helped me a lot,even ı didnt see your face or didnt feel your presence,you really helped me,this year is my exam year and ım not even sleeping for getting ready for that exam and my parents are..yk..always talking about my future,what will happen if ı dont go to a good high school,and sometimes ım looking at the other families,for example my cousins family,his parents dont care about him and ı heard the sentence that my aunt from maternal made for my cousin "study or not,its your future,we cant chance your mind" and ı went too sad about this because my mother just yelled at me because ı was studying for turkish,not maths, and she turned mad at me,it really hurted me..and when things like that happens,im watching these kind of videos of chan and it makes me feel relaxed..and chans these speechs that feels like healing my daddy issues in a weird way,my father cheated my mother and abused her to deat and ı called the ambulance,and these memories arent leaving my mind in daytime,im always in a bad mood because of it and my mother and father married again,my father cursed a lot to my mother and me,and he said one time" god curse you!i wish ıll die ın someday and youll see my death while you need me!",he really said that and worse,and ı just meet with stray kids at those times,saw chans speechs and it really helped me...i need a comfort chracter like chan in my life...THANK YOU OUR DEAR CHANNİE (if ı have any wrong sentence or wron writed words,im sorry im a foreign speaker to english)

I listen to this every single day when I have exams, I feel so relaxed because exams can get really hard. I’m so grateful.

I keep coming back to this because I miss Chan's room and I haven't gotten better at all, especially since he stopped because now I feel even more alone than ever. I miss Chan's room and I'm sorry if it sounds selfish but it really helped me and a lot of other people, knowing that someone cared for them and hearing uplifting words and advice❤️ Thank you for making this series, I watch all of them every night before bed to help me sleep and feel better. I Being all alone or feeling all alone is hard. So is depression, anxiety, stress, sickness, and so many other things that we, as humans, get. Personally, I have depression, anxiety, and very high stress levels, especially because I only have time for myself during 5-45 minute car rides and right before bed at 11PM-3AM. I also know what it feels like to not sleep or eat for a while. I want all of you to know that I am here for you, by choice, even with everything going on in my life. If you EVER need anything or someone to talk to, just come here and I'll be there. DISCLAIMER: it will probably take somewhere between an hour and a day for me to respond because I am so busy.

Not gonna lie I usually don’t comment on TH-cam but this video, including the other videos that BangChan did about stress, depression, and anxiety. Those videos helped me in the most weirdest ways, it made me relate to it so much that it made me laugh so much. The fact that he talks to us like a person without his mask on. Like close friends, means a lot to me. I have autism so I can relate to the anxiety and getting overwhelmed with being around a lot of people can be a lot bizz part about your friend. I do dance, I’m gonna be doing 3 solos, do 6 group dances with my dance team members, and it will be my last year being in that group because of my age. I know that I will be anxious before I do all these dances at the dance competition. But I know that my dance team members will support me and I will support them. Knowing this It will ease some of the pressure and your talks about stress and depression helped me a lot too. I support you and I’m grateful to you 💜 I’m so happy to get to know you on a level like this. You’re one of my biggest fans.
