any idea from where I can download version 1918?

The new way is different, having to use different profiles for different uses or geographic regions. I miss having the virtual scanner function. It was fun with older digital scanners to share various configurations with other users. It made for less programming when visiting those areas. I don't think you can do that with an SDS scanner either.

There is hacked firmware for the Uniden scanners that allow you to listen to encryption, and the Unification G5 will also do encryption. The caveat however is you still need the key that they are using. These change often, so unless you're authorized to have it, you aren't going to be listening.

Cool Steve! A new subscriber :) A new RSP1B owner but long time scanner radio user. First Uniden BC200XLT purchased at Hirsch's Radio in Williamsville, NY. Aviation geek as well. Started recently with SDR Connect, then saw all the bells & whistles that SDR UNO had, so have both now. Saw this KC135 on ADSB earlier today just S of Port Dover. Did you try any other Airband (mil-air) antennas before the Omni? Right now using an MLA 30+, a long wire and also have an old mag mount antenna for vhf/uhf. Cloud Marker is awesome plugin but sometimes the panel disappears when starting up (even with unloading the plugins before closing the program). Been looking for an easier fix, than re-installing the software. (Win11/64) Did you ever have any issues with it?

I am told that the two LCN frequencies shown in the RR database for the system that I have stored are not correct. If I do this LCN Finder, can I expect to find the correct LCN frequencies?

It’s looking like it’s the plug in that’s crashing rather then SDR sharp Things you could try is reinstall a fresh copy of the plug in and program mite be a missing file If you want to lock things out without locking them out completely right click the lockout and it will show red that’s means it’s temp locking and will reset if you stop and start the scan.

They are getting money from the feds to encrypt , they all will eventually . We have to find away around it .

What is the nature of such coded messages? Spy stuff?!

I heard the “Red Apple” message live during the 5:07pm EST time frame however on 15016. Oddly around that time I heard very clearly (only when voice was spoken, in the background audio of the message readers voice / which should prove was occurring in the room of the microphone) an “Air Raid Siren” simultaneously in the room with the spoken voice. 1. What occurred at this moment, 20+ years hearing theses transmissions daily I never heard anything notable in the audio background 2. I did not hear it in yours or too low on this signal I could not distinguish if present for some reason from yours on 8992 even though I matched my recording with yours for time and same transmission voice. Anyone’s got any suggestions what was going on in background at that time and heard it too?

I use the micro usb port to just run the scanner off AC power without always using the battery. have you ever done this?

The SDS100 has keylock. Press Function then Power.

These were KC-46s looking at the serial # and aircraft type for Pack 31 and 32 but it looks like they were working with a 135R too. The breakaway drill was a great catch

Here in the uk poice use o2 air wave it chops the conversation up sends it encrypted on different frequences at the other end decrypt it put it vack yogether abd there you go its got gps and im sure they can access the pnc on it nice peocr of kit😊

Well that sucks. I guess we got 4 years extra we weren't expecting. Going to miss knowing what is going on in my town. As of today it's still fleetnet and in the clear.

My friend I am very interested in learning these things, would you mind putting few links explaining some of the key points of this technial field. I am studying to be a programmer and Im fascinated by these things you do. Btw, is scanning military radio field technically an illegal thing and do you put yourself in any kind of danger when doing these scans. Sorry for the large message and mediocre english😊

Where can I download studio. All I can find is sharp

I have the same set up SPDx with a 41.7 meter long wire reduced impedance through a 9:1 unun and I can only dream of this much activity on 20 meters, or anywhere for that matter. I guess living in Perth, Western Australia has its down side sometimes.
