Hello Maylene, thanks a lot for your course which gives me so much help and infos! One point that I don't get is how is it possible that the broker isn't cover to get for sure a commission once he has respected his part of the deal which is find a perfect client for the landlord or the developer ? Isn't there any law to protect the broker for such issue?
