Some neighboring properties that are grander and look better. This looks like a distressed property as well, shouldn't be so expensive.

if I could build that house on that beach like down the way some I would have 2 electors one for the carriage house and I would make the carriage house 4 stories as well. there needs to be a full chef style kitchen with butters pantry in the carriage house. maybe 15,000 sq feet. still this house is my favorite on the web right now in all of Florida

I have seen homes like this where they put a huge square jacuzzi tub inside the shower or outside. but if you build a big enough shower room you can have the tub inside the shower. which looks stunning and saves space. the shower then becomes this huge center piece of the bath. I have seen the large sq jacuzzi tubs outside also in the mens side. I would not make the her side look so femine in case you have a 2 guy couple. I wish they would build the baths neutral but this man's side is crazy. that closet for the guy is insane. it looks better than hers. I also think there should be 2 offices on the owners suite floor. dedicate the entire 3 floor to the owners suite floor. that office is insane though. this is one of my most favorite homes I have seen in on 30A. I thought someone had purchased it I did not see it on zillow after a few months. I recognized it right away. my only complaint is the small bar is on the 1st floor is way to small. this home needs a huge 1st floor bar area.
