First of all, the owner calls it boutique villa, or nature villa, so that's the reason why I also decided to call it so. And I guess in your opinion a villa should be bigger, but a boutique hotel for example, is a small-capacity hotel. So why shouldn't a boutique villa be smaller too and look like this? So I think it fits quite well. And no, no clickbait!

"Botique Villa" would mean a small large country house, where small and large neutralize each other and leave us with country house, which is not the same as a villa So yes it is indeed clickbait, I expected to see a video of a real villa and was disappointed to see a small cabin in the woods

In my opinion, it matches really good with what I'm showing in the video. But I get it, you expected a large building, and I showed you a small one. So you were disappointed, fair enough. But again, it's not clickbait in my opinion. I just couldn't match your expectations as your definition of villa is/was a different one than mine.

Thanks for clarifying 😉🙏🏽 Yes, the two umbrellas will definitely help to get protection from the sun and to cool down, you can use the "hot tub", obviously without heating it up 😂 ...or the outdoor shower. But of course it can and will get warm, but that's part of the deal I guess and that's South Africa 😍 When I visited it was also around 34°C and it was fine with the umbrellas.

Yes that's true. I had that "problem" in many cabins. But I guess it can't be perfect for everyone. Some like the selection, others don't. And hey, there is a chair close to the bed where I put all the decoration stuff on it, so problem solved ☺️

All of the cabins I visit are ‚to rent‘. So you pay per night like in a hotel. But the owner of the cabin in this video also sells such cabins, if you have property to build it to.

@nommiezorba No, I did not. And I don't think that's even possible with the Avata. It was just a single flight, well a couple of flights to get a good shot, but at the end I used a single file for every sequence. I shot it in the D-Cinelike color profile and then "fixed" some things in post production. But with D-Cinelike you are very limited, but it looks like it was good enough to get a good looking result 😉

Well the idea is not to live there, but to go there for a couple of days or a weekend to relax and recharge. And yes, Cape Town has some problems, but other big cities too. And this place is 1h 15m away from the city in a small town, on a private farm and so you really should be safe. And if there is an emergency, there is a 24-hour armed response available. And yes I agree, it is a very nice spot!

Hi! I agree 😉 it‘s indeed beautiful but it also can get pretty hot inside during the day. But there is shade and a hot tub (without heating it up, of course 😉) to cool down, and in the evening and during the night it cools down pretty quickly. There are doors on both side of the bedroom and if there is some wind as well, then the heat is gone quickly. So it wasn‘t a big deal when I visited and it was a really hot day. But of course, it‘s not perfect but I guess that‘s just not possible with such a bedroom 🤷🏽‍♂️ Thanks for your comment! 👍🏽😊

Hi @mahfah7911. It looks like you have heard of some of the problems South Africa is facing. And yes it's true, that there is loadshedding (no electricity) from time to time, and there are places/cities with a high crime rate. But I guess every country has its problems, they just don't look all the same. And crime in big cities, you'll probably find in nearly every country on our planet. For all the people interested in a stay at this hidden oasis I can say the following: - there is nothing like a wildlife issue - they are completely off-grid and running on solar power (so no loadshedding) - there is a security gate you have to pass to get to the cabin, and also because its such a remote location, there really is no crime - there is always somebody you can reach if there is an emergency or you just have a question So to sum up, it's totally save to stay here, like in so many other places in South Africa. Yes, they need to solve some problems, and yes, you need to be careful at some places, but it's also a wonderful country to stay and explore.
