The finish it yourself is an interesting idea for a build. There's no guessing what the maker's final vision was, it's just what your final vision will be.

Please do more and I have done one of these before you are able too do your own thing like add furniture and ext.. real cool concept love too see you finish this project

Looks like another mod that got deleted as I couldn't find it! Not surprised really as, having completed all the obvious tasks, you couldn't even get 1 star and no doubt others would have had the same result leading to complaints and down voting! Better luck next time!

The 'pretty plant pot' is actually a candle. Sorry to hear you lost your job, she definitely went about firing you the wrong way and that facebook offer looks like a no no, she made assumptions about you but, when she likely didn't get any other enquiries, suddenly your travel distance didn't matter any more!

Your voice is a bit muffled compared to your usual, and blown out at the louder bits, did your setup change? And the game audio is very low, you can hear white noise from your mic over the voiceover from the game. Also, please try to use the torch more in the darker areas, it's hard to see. In terms of secrets, sometimes you might need to punch a wooden board to get through to a hidden area, so don't be afraid to do so!

I think you need to put the animal pots on the shelf you have the seeds on and the portos you was putting in the large pots in the shop was supposed to go on the wall(that's why you were having issues with the bigger plants). Those purple flowers that refused to fit in the wall hangers looked like they went in those pots you hung from the ceiling. Finally if you want to fully populate the blue display just raise up those wall lamps.

I just felt like I should point out that it's unfair to get mad at your customers for paying for a four dollar item with a fifty dollar bill. Luckily this is just a game so the customers aren't real but if they were, that wouldn't be fair. What if a fifty is the smallest or only bill they had? It doesn't make sense to get mad at people when they didn't do anything wrong. Sorry my first comment on one of your videos came out sounding kind of negative. I liked the video otherwise though. 🙂

The roof windows can be found in the construction tab, unfortunately in Story mode they can only be used flat, the creator used the MOVE tool in Sandbox to tilt them and they positioned the flower boxes the same way which lets you ignore collisions, that's why you couldn't put the pot back once you moved it. If I do that I like to put a warning in my builds like I did for the curtains and pelmets in the Hoarder House. House looked lovely at the end even if you didn't follow the creators plan, I think it's all about what YOU like when you play rather than following another person's vision.

FWIW you are over stocking on most items for your customer level. Take for instance the oil. You have 48 of each. Youwould be fine with 24 of each.

OK I found out why you ran out of money, when you finished episode 1 you had over 38k in your budget, when you started the 2nd episode you hit CONTINUE on the build and it started you off with the standard 20k. You lost 18k of your budget because you didn't complete the build in a SINGLE session, useful information and I'll add a warning on the mod page to that effect, sorry about that but at least it wasn't something either of us did wrong lol

Thank you SO much for trying this job and I am looking forward to the next episode, I forgive you for tiling my beautiful wood floor in the laundry room, luckily you should have enough left in the budget to cover mistakes lol. I am so happy you are enjoying this as it is a different concept to flipping a house, I love the idea of refurbishing old furniture to give it new life and yes, a pelmet is what we in the UK call a covering above curtains to hide the rails they are hanging on. Also in case you are wondering you can only hang clothes on hooks so, to get them to stay on the washing line and bed, I had to include the hooks, I just pretended they were weird clothes pegs lol

Btw, two of your power wash simulator videos are titled as episode four.

46:17 maybe try getting a dehumidifier/air filter.

To permanently get rid of properties try going to the modio site and on the left hand side you'll see a button for 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' click on it so it turns blue and it should list all of the mods you currently have, underneath the mod picture it will say 'SUBSCRIBED' click on that and the mod will disappear from your list of subscriptions and also from your game next time you load in. Be careful not to click on anything you want to keep or you will have to find it again from the list of mods and re-subscribe.

If you miss the price change pop up at the start of a day you can find them on the computer, for example at 1:02 you can see a RED arrow next to the UNIT PRICE for powdered sugar which means the price went down that day. The next day at 11.13 you can see GREEN arrows next to the UNIT PRICE for cereal, cheese, milk and tea which means those prices went UP that day (the red arrow from the previous day for sugar has now gone) ATM checking shelf prices may be fine but once you have 20 or 30+ products and you have to check every one of them to maybe find only 1 or 2 price changes will get tiresome (not to mention boring for viewers) Using the computer to identify the changes is way faster so you can go straight to the product concerned, bear in mind if you miss a day you will have to check the shelf prices manually. Hope you find this useful.

Nice profit on the mansion, well done! In the parents home I got rid of the garage as we don't have cars in the game, I raised the garage floor to the same level as the rest of the house and knocked out the dividing wall giving me room to make a larger lounge and add a downstairs 1/2 bath.
