Nice Job!
Thank you! I hope it helped.
Great video, nice work!
So glad you posted this...I'm starting on one right now and I knew it could be done without removing the transmission 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Great! I hope it helps. Let me know if you have any questions. I'm not really good at getting back to comments, but I am trying.

Is this sMe engine as g35 de if I swap the intake and oil pan lower party of engine would it work on g35?
To be completely honest, I am not sure. They could have a lot of similarities, but when it comes to the oil pan, they could be different as well. It may have a different transmission that lines up differently and has a different oil pan. Make sure to verify interchangeability. I have only done this engine in Nissan vehicles.
How long was the process start to finish?
I did this over a couple weeks time, but that is because I kind of work at my own pace. I did pull the engine and transmission together, in one day. I had done it before and wasn't really too worried about breaking anything at the time. I am sure this removal can be done over a weekend, or just a day if you are really good. Thanks for the question. I apologize for taking a while to get back to you. I should check for comments more often.
what a nightmare!! I did my 67Fairlane 390 w c/6 trans in no time. Do you have to remove the PS and A/C pumps from the engine or can I just recover fluids and freon and leave pumps on engine? Thanks for posting this.
I just did this. You can leave the ac compressor on and the 1 and 2 cat. I don't think you could leave the ps pump. That back corner is super tight against the welded bracket that holds the dog bone for the front mount when pulling and putting back the engine. If you have someone to work the engine while you are lifting it maybe, maybe you'll get by, but it is unbelievably tight.
If you take the Y pipe out first, you can see the back of the PS pump and it isn't as big a pain.
Sorry for the late reply. @andrewcain6518 is right, you can definitely leave the A/C compressor if you can recover the freon. Leaving the P/S Pump would make things a lot more difficult, just because of where it sits. I did remove a few extra things, just because if the work I was doing to the engine. Thank you for the comments.
Hey. I am about to take on an engine swap in a 2011 maxima. I have swapped engines in much older cars like mustangs and beetles. I see you are draining the tranny. Are you just servicing it or does it have to be drained to be separated?
Sorry for the late reply. I'm new at this and just noticed the notification I did also changed the seals, fluid, and filters. However, when you remove the drive axel, there will be a lot of fluid dumping out. As long as you are ready for that, you could just top it off after.
It's out. Now to do it all again but in reverse. Thanks. It got me there. Congrats on nearly a thousand views. It is a great start according to my buddy who runs social media for the commissary.
Outstanding, keep it up!🎉.
Thank you. I'll do my best.
Excited to see your videos! Keep it up 🎉
Thanks Babe. Will do. We'll see where it goes! I love you all!
