    An immune system doesn't exist but a body has a certain amount of healing energy. The body needs energy to process food, remove dead organ material, and grow new organ material. If the body uses too much energy processing food and/or there's a backup in your digestive system then the body doesn't have the energy to remove dead organ material or grow new organ material. There's a reason we get tired after we eat - the body needs energy for digesting food. If your diet consists of a lot of toxic food - food which has less nutrients for the body to absorb compared to the garbage your body says it doesn't want. Our body is one tube beginning at the mouth and ending at the anus. it's designed to absorb what it needs for survival. When the body gets starved of nutrients it will begin to break down.

    Greetings from Hunedoara, Romania. Congratulations! I'm Erwin, and when the weather changes, that's when my end comes..., in other words, I feel the sudden change in temperature, from cold to warm and vice versa, like fog, I can anticipate the weather forecast through intercostal neuralgic pains. I want to write to you that I had a respiratory virus when I was 20 years old, but as a small child I had "nerves in my stomach", as I explain in a simplified way that anyone can understand. I would like to ask you what you think happens when the weather changes, because only when the weather changes do I have these manifestations, mood changes, anxiety, palpitations, even from the wind blowing irregularly. Do you think it's about the autonomic nervous system, sympathetic/parasympathetic, only, or also the vagus nerve, and what exercises would you recommend?! Thank you very much. With respect and honest friendship, Erwin. 🤗

    I write this everywhere. There's no study out there concerning certain unhealthy sugars in young children's diet. I'm near close to my 50s. And I get night terrors every once in awhile, as well as sleep paralysis. By my experience and experiments, it's caused by certain sugars. Ones I found to trigger these episodes are: high Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup, Fructose (apple juice, pineapple juice, orange juice). Sweet potato. And probably other types of sugar. It maybe linked to much needed sleep too. Almost all transparent looking hard candy has a good amount of corn syrup

    • @wholefamilychiropractic
      @wholefamilychiropractic 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Great question. I don't know for sure...but one thought is that music may be predictable to him. He may have heard the song before or likes the rhythm/beat/words. As a result, his brain can process it better. Other noises may be unexpected or new and therefore startle his brain.
