Not to be rude but the reason why you guys struggled is because you probably didn't upgrade enough. The first time I didn this boss I came in with all trait points, fully upgraded weapons, 8 relic charges and a combination of Invoker/Ritualist class that absolutely melted the boss. The game very much expects you to be maxed out based on the difficulty of the fights and also because certain upgrade materials can only be gained if you do re-rolls of cleared worlds in adventure mode.

Wow, what a fantastic game! Grunn is so creative and genuinely terrifying. The atmosphere is incredibly immersive, and the surprises around every corner kept me on edge the whole time. The attention to detail is impressive, and the way the game combines a garden setting with such eerie vibes is genius. Definitely one of the best horror games I’ve seen in a while!

Personal rating for me 8/10 incredible game and I was lucky to not experience a lot of technical difficulties some people had. Although definitely thought it was way too easy and didn't hold my interest gameplay wise. Story, dialogue, characters, voice acting, music, and character designs absolute masterclass

Arrivand binking exactly where I am at while listening to this was nutty but impressive ngl XD I think yall had a lot of valid criticisms that I think SPECIFICALLY for the things yall enjoy in video games make a lot of sense to me. Especially the multi-player dialogue choices being an issue I 100% back yall on that. However, I disagree with yall on quite a bit.(ngl was hard to keep track of all the arguments at the end so I apologize if I misrepresent anything) for instance yall complained that they didn't think of yall and the way you played the game. And I disagree with that. I think it may feel that way cause you had bad or irreversible consequences to your actions which made things harder or more confusing. Which is exactly how D&D can be. You are free to fuck around and have a gaff but if you stand by and do nothing the world carries on without you. And personally I LOVED THAT! seeing yall get confused at Minscs stuff at the end because an important NPC was dead felt good to me because it made sense that yall wouldn't have the context for it and is what makes the game so replaceable despite it being so long! Now don't get me wrong there definitely were moments were it felt like they could have at least slightly redirected yall a bit or clued yall in to help you out so you aren't completely at fault. I also feel like some of the complaints you had at the game were due to the vast amount of time between each play session. Forgetting things completely and then going against things you knew better than to do, not by choice but by lack of remembering. Definitely impacted some of yalls frustrations (like arrivand wondering into off limit spaces despite previous dialogue telling yall to stay away) That being said definitely enjoyed this playthrough! Was incredibly unique and goddammit was the ending so on brand for you guys XD congrats on beating it and excited for the dark urge playthrough my guy :D

Ngl crazy that Gortash had no second form in that fight. Cause in mine he for sure had a phase 2. Not sure why it is.

I didn't get to the githyanki part yet but the making the choice about the dreamer was so interesting i couldn't look away I think having Lae-zel come with will influence my decision. Also I love that Kevin is the guinea pig despite the terrible rolls 🤭
