I have the TP9sc Elite which I carry in my edc rotation. I am getting the Pro for a woods carry for the fall 2024 hunting season

Why do so many not know where to put their left hand ? Hold your left out flat, horizontally, and plant the mag bottom, in the palm, zyhat way your right thumb wont hit the slide, and cause a FTF.

i carry in a holster in a pocket

I have 5:00 position inside the waistband holster with an extra magazine holster as well attached. So I carry 19 rounds with me with a Glock 43.

I've got the Gen 2 shield arms magazines so my magazines hold nine Plus one so 10 rounds.

This is exactly what I want,,,,exactly….

I remember old timers back in the day (early 1980’s) saying their 5-shot J-frame Chief’s Special was all they needed. Us rookies saw the real world differently back then, with many of us carrying (off duty) 3” K-frame wheel guns or DA/SA 8+1 single stack pistols. Fast forward forty years… the real world is much different. Today, folks are more than likely to encounter multiple armed assailants, carrying extended mag double-stack striker pistols. Some folks may want to re-evaluate what is “minimally adequate” for a defensive pistol in today’s world. Personally, I think 10+1 should be the floor. We are blessed to have that and more in today’s micro-compact pistols. Yes, any gun is better than no gun. Yes, a .380 in your pocket is better than a G17 back home, sitting in your nightstand drawer. Yes, a higher capacity back-up mag is nice to carry. The problem is… 90+% of people will never get a chance to use one in a firefight. In most situations, what you draw is all you are going to have to work with. The armed encounter will be over, one way or the other, before your brain and body can process the fine psycho-motor skills needed to successfully reload under extreme stress. It has been said that the fastest reload is a 2nd gun. Maybe the G43 could excel in this role? Trained police officers lose on average, 40-60% target accuracy in a firefight. Will you fair better or worse? In the end, you are the boss of you. Decide what is best for you. Then, as Aaron Cowan says, “Train accordingly!”

The G43 can carry 8 rounds with a Pierce grip extension, so yes the G43 is still relevant in more rural areas (not a lot of people).

Mine is very accurate. Had a few failure to feeds with the first couple boxes of ammo, but disassembled and cleaned and lubricated well and have not had that since. Break-in periods Are REAL folks, don’t judge a fire arm too soon. I find this pistol very accurate, very tight on the rails and just needed a short well lubricated break-in period. Good job FN!

Why do only the "professional people have issues with inexpensive guns. I have one and it has never failed. I also have a highpoint c9 that has never failed. I think these guys try to make them fail so they can justify the fact that they spent way too much for their guns

What you said about the front sight was on point and probably exactly why it's shooting low. I agree. In all truth though, the majority of handguns that have side to side knock in front sights have the exact same "gap" between the frame and the bottom of the sight. My XD mod 2 and SIG p365 have the exact same gap. Though my Glocks (MANY) and my CZ's (NOT ENOUGH LOL) Either screw in til flush iwth the frame or get knocked in from the direct front and center of the frame. Sorry you have an issue with your gun sir. Thank You for the video and all the work.

Could you show us the target pages that FN sent you? I would also love to see your FN Reflex placed on a vice to see how it shoots and show us the sight alignment once it's set on the vice.

Here in upstate NY they retail for $599, but I found a hardly used one for $449. I’m going to pick it up tmrw and hopefully I like it.

My gunshop showed me the FN Reflex and I havw to admit I was impressed with everything. The one thing I didnt do was shoot it, the second was purchase it right there and then, and now I'm glad I didn't make that purchase. For now, I'm happy with what i have. They shoot and hit on target every time. This is the 5th video I've watched and all have the same results, including responses from FN. Sad situation. They know there is a problem by now. Figure it out and fix it, or take it off the market.

Wow. A grown ass man crying about 200k of a inch. It's 4oz heavier . If someone is shooting at you sad self none of that would matter. Grow a pair and stop complaining. All guns will do the same job .

All you need to change to make a glock trigger better is change to a 4lb firing pin spring. Done. No connectors, those are basically to make you waste money.

I bought one around 3-4 weeks ago. I’ve had one feeding failure in 400-500 rounds. It is a tac driver, but the front site must be held on the target / point of impact. Best shooting compact / Micro pistol I’ve ever shot. The only thing that worry’s me is the light trigger pull on a gun with no external safeties. This video was made 6 months ago. It could be some of the first shipments had problems. I don’t know.

Try shooting with left hand so I can see if it's the right trigger finger. That got it shooting low left see if it will straighten up (shooting left handed).... I'm a lefty! I'm tryna see sum b4 buying... if it's really the sights/ gun i don't want it

After only 400 rounds through mine the takedown plate broke and will not allow the takedown pin to be removed, the slide locks open with rounds still in the magazine and the slide doesn't always lock open after yhe last round is fired. I'm very disappointed. I now have to take it back to the dealer and have it sent into Ruger for repairs. I loved the pistol at first but these issues happened after only 2 times of shooting it and only 400 rounds. Please keep this in mind if you are planning to buy one as this seems to be a common issue with the Max-9.

Awesome video brother thanks for keeping it real. Im a Glock fanboy, and out of all of mine, the G45 is my favorite. Glock keeps making an already fantastic gun even better without changing the platform. I put Trijicon HD night sights on mine and a white light with lazer combo. It's perfect for all occasions 😉

That not how your attacker thorax will look. You have a 10 in group or larger. It will be more like buck shot pattern at 7 yards

Fellow dont understand the trigger..its not a target pistol...pull the dang trigger man... trigger is fine find the sweet spot for rapid fire.
