Thank you. Also: all the tutorial shorts have the main action going on at the bottom of the screen. That’s where all the words are so it makes it hard to see. Maybe put the main action at the middle or top of the screen.

You can use the straight edge, opposite the add-a-quarter edge, to fold instead of a card. That side of the ruler is much thinner and angled.

That tutorial really helped. I would watch one step, run to my sewing machine and do it; then watch another step, etc., etc. Got my exercise in for the day' plus two bags for my two nieces. I bought two kits with the paws because they both have cats. Thanks!

Instead of measuring each one with the ruler... Draw two lines on your work surface with a pencil for the correct length and then ditch the ruler. It's much faster and more accurate. You can always use painter's tape to protect the table if all you have is permanent marker. 💖🌞🌵😷

Nice tutorial. The one suggestion I have is to trace the lines with an ultra fine permanent marker. Sometimes, pencil lead will rub off. It probably won't matter on dark fabric, but could, potentially, leave dirty marks on light colored fabric.

Great tutorial! I am a beginner for FPP, but this laid it out nicely. I'm excited make the Greenhouse Garden quilt! Just one question. Piece 4 looks like it is close to or smaller than the 1/4" seam allowance. When sewing on piece 5, did you sew through the previous seam allowance as well?
