Thank you for a memorable ride on the top of a bus from Debden via Loughton to Walthamstow. It's been many a decade gone by when I spent some time with my uncle and aunt in Loughton, Essex as a young lad in the early 1950's. Went back again with my wife in 1976 on a trip from NZ and we stayed with them this time in Theydon Bois in the heart of the Epping Forest. On this particular route, I was impressed with how tidy and neat the older homes on our approach to Walthamstow looked and what I did notice was the lack of litter strewn over the place. People here have to be commended in looking after their environment. Thanks again for bring back some lovely memories in this delightful part of London.

It was Crystal Place to Oxford Circus/ Camden Town for well over 6 decades then from Crystal Palace to Horse Guard and then now to Victoria.
