Masaka Cycling Club: Nantume Miria 2025 Goals

2024 was an incredible year for Nantume Miria. It started with an opportunity to attend the UCI World Cycling Centre Development Camp in Paarl South Africa, which really changed her mindset and confidence. Then it was off to the African Continental Championships where Miria represented her nation Uganda for the very first time, and became the very first Ugandan female cyclist to podium at an international event winning Silver in Junior women's. Tour De Burundi followed soon afterwards but an early crash slowed her GC progress until the final three stages when she finished third, fifth and eighth all in sprint finishes. 2025 will be an even bigger year.
