Sanghamitra conducts fitness and wellness classes for various skill levels, age groups and professions. She trains her students on posture, meditation and breathing techniques. Her channel 'Sangini' is a humble effort to spread happiness and feeling of contentment among all viewers.
For general population yoga means list of Asanas, pranayama and meditation for good health, immunity and flexibility or fat loss.
Regular practice of asana and pranayama, and meditation moulds the human psychology for an eternal peace, confidence and positivity to clear the purpose of life to the individual.

গল্পটা খুব সুন্দর... আগরতলার পুজো ও কিন্তু খুব ভালো হয়। কোলকাতার মতো এতো ভীড় বা দূরত্ব নেই মণ্ডপ গুলোর মধ্যে। পুজোয় ঘুরে আনন্দ পাওয়া যায়.. তবে সবার জীবনে সেপ্টেম্বর জাতকরা আসে নি... অনেকে একা একাই মণ্ডপ ঘুরেছে...

Indeed, Love never dies but it's true that love comes in our life many times... Most of the time one sided ones... Still we fall for it because Love is a feeling which reminds us that we are still alive and something still beating in the left side... Sumeru might have thrown away the Cup long back but as it is assumed that he is single after breakup that's why these memories are taking over his mind but it's good that he is gradually controlling them. Memories are the greatest treasure in place of any items .. Items may get lost or broken but memories still exists. Sumeru might have kept his love alive in stories he has written, that's the best way to keep alive the pain... Yes, if love exists for a long long time in our hearts then it is only possible in pain... Not in happiness or in form of any inspiration
