That's a real pizza to me, a pizza that has been made carefully to a high standard. When I order pizza I expect them to take their time so the pizza will come out at a better quality.
These big corporate companies need to start paying me and minimum wage and stop saying it's down to the separate franchisor people making your pizzas are probably only getting paid £3.50 an hour when you're paying a standard price for a pizza
@@michaelbennett4554 No we do not, at my store we get truck delivery's every Tuesday and Friday. We keep the dough air tight on the stackable trays and keep them in a walk in refrigerator around 48o.
It’s not hard it’s easy to prep the dough and sauce and to top then lastly put it onto the conveyor belt. I’ve only been working at papa johns for 1 week but I was already allowed to prep dough and attend the cutting station during rush hour. It’s easy stuff.

I love make pj pizzas 😊 true sometimes you slow down but this most of when you have new peoples and need to teach. But if you show for the new peoples your routine and love for the pizza very big motivation :) when i start i like watching how the workors make the pizza and i alway amazed how fast and i just wanna same fast do the pizzas so i working hard to learn everything :) and yeah 2,5 year i am enough fast to say yeah i proud of myself 😅 maybe if now i need to do littlebit slowly because almost 3 year i not working there but just practice not too hard learn and make nice quality pizzas fast :) this is kinda cool job

@@michaelbennett4554 No we do not, at my store we get truck delivery's every Tuesday and Friday. We keep the dough air tight on the stackable trays and keep them in a walk in refrigerator around 48o.

It’s not hard it’s easy to prep the dough and sauce and to top then lastly put it onto the conveyor belt. I’ve only been working at papa johns for 1 week but I was already allowed to prep dough and attend the cutting station during rush hour. It’s easy stuff.

I love make pj pizzas 😊 true sometimes you slow down but this most of when you have new peoples and need to teach. But if you show for the new peoples your routine and love for the pizza very big motivation :) when i start i like watching how the workors make the pizza and i alway amazed how fast and i just wanna same fast do the pizzas so i working hard to learn everything :) and yeah 2,5 year i am enough fast to say yeah i proud of myself 😅 maybe if now i need to do littlebit slowly because almost 3 year i not working there but just practice not too hard learn and make nice quality pizzas fast :) this is kinda cool job
