I am impressed and happy to know that they actually have building restrictions.....in this case, the house should be 1building height above the road......to preserve the views of your neighbours (so that you do not block the views with your neighbour's house ) ....this is what Kgn & St Andrew should be like, ep when buidling in residential communities.👍

Has OSB(Oriented Strand Board) sheathing been used instead of plywood as sheathing underlayment for exposed roofing material like decra tile? And is a plywood sheathing a must as an underlayment for the decra tile roofing based on the over head shot of the roof, or can the decra tile be directly installed on battens that sit on the framing structure of the roof?

Only thing I say is missing is the pool 🏊

What is the size of that lot (for reference)? House is neat, good use of space, seems like lots of space left for landscaping a backyard oasis? ❤❤❤

Mr Ruban i love the video's but there is one issue with someone of the video's is the host need to be a bit more fluent with her questions to keep the viewers engaged , you and your guys are brilliant tradesmen and I am very impressed with the structures you are building on land that seems impossible to build on, one question i have is i noticed builders in Jamaica erect the ground floor wall first then cast the floor within the walls why is that?

A company such a Ruban, do you only take on jobs with clients that can only build in phases? In other words clients are building from their pockets and not a mortgage, do you accommodate those clienteles who can only build as they are able to gather funds in stages?

Raymond I’m suggesting that you run the numbers for real estate deals and display the possible cash flow that can be had for long term or short term rentals based on specific properties. I think the concept would display or encourage young people to invest more willingly.
