amen! Malindi is not a busy airport compared to Wilson Airport which is pretty busy especially in the morning and towards evening with flights leaving and returning home base all about the same times. I used to see the traffic to Wilson from my bedroom on their final approach. Yes I could even see the tail number! 21 YEARS later when i visited i found it to be a busy airport! traffic tenfold. every other minute a plane s landing or taking off.

wow! yet another drone attack on me for merely expressing my opinions? I stick by my opinions, thank you very much. whatever else you want to say save it for the survivors and loved ones or the NTSB when one day a crash will ensue from poor working habits and lives will be lost, Lax cockpit disipline and non flight related conversation will take away from the quality of safety expected of these paid professionals. There's plenty of time to banter ... once you are airborne and on autopilot.

If laughing at the Captains jokes and reading checklists is 'tooo relaxed" then eff me....I think you are the one who needs to take a chill pill...or the Captain should stop making jokes...Your way to judgemental!!! It's ok for her and her captain to enjoy work btw...Just saying

wow @rafarafina TAKE A CHILL PILL will you? I was merely stating MY Observations and MY OPINIONS. Everyone has a right to voice their opinion whether we agree with them or not. So don't give me that ....better not say anything if ...... You do not know my flight experience or safety record, or general attitude when it comes to flying. I find the co-pilot too relaxed for my liking and I stick to my opinion. It don't take away from her qualifications though. SO relax and enjoy the flight!

Talking nonsense man,better not say anything if you don't know!there's such a thing called sterile cockpit on critical phases,also we can't hear the atc. Also,she could have been eye scanning,abrupt head movements aren't necessary,maybe at this angle you can't see..!

i just find the first officer's attitude to be too relaxed! I am not saying she should be uptight, but when the PIC is navigating the taxiiway headed to runway she could be more attentive to whats happening outside the A/C, scan around the I/Panel for anything the PIC could have missed. Monitor the radio atc etc. Once you run down that runway and commit to take off ... theres no second guessing....just saying!
