We are a podcast all about Practical Christianity. We believe everyone has been created with a purpose, and that purpose can be shown through the reading of God's word, prayer, and involvement in the church.

C Mark with the heat!
100% right sir, the church for most men is irrelevant
Church is a therapy box, that works with the bells frequency...every else is not that relevant .is the sound of the bells that cures people.
Amen
The obvious statement here is it's easy to have faith when things go well and we seem to be successful at everything we do. "Faith" is usually "injected" during not so well times and when we aren't so successful. But faith will always be a choice in the beholders heart.
I’m a practicing Catholic. I am likely the only person in the age group of 18-25 that attends church decently regularly. I don’t know if a change needs to be made with the church, our culture or both but it’s strange. I believe one issue is that most people think church isn’t open for them, or welcoming. Like they have to get educated and cleaned up before they can attend.
I’m 19 years old. I really wish people in my age group were trying to hear the word of Jesus more often, and leave behind some of the sinful culture we’ve normalized. However, a lot of people are turning and really trying their best. I think when people realize how destructive party culture and hookup culture is, they start to understand why people preach the gospel. The best ways to get younger people into the word of Christ from my experience is to relate to them on a tangible level. What I mean by that is to show them exactly what a particular verse means, sometimes the complex wording of the Bible becomes difficult to digest alone. A huge misconception people my age have of Christianity is that it isn’t logical or has genuine proof. They think we blindly follow fairytales, and don’t have a logical base for our beliefs. We need to change the outlook of Christianity for some, especially those in universities and such. People in this age value proof way more than general concepts and belief systems.
Sorry for the rant, I enjoyed the video btw
Hail Odin
The only difference is Jesus took our sin upon Himself, and covering us in His righteousness. God's view of, God's punishment of, sin never changed, the "change" was our sin was washed away into God's "sea of forgetfulness".
and the fact that one word in hebrew or greek can convey a couple of words in English is where people tend to misunderstand the scripture
Keep doing this work.
Guys I feel proud to see you that talking about God.. ❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏
Pointless drivel without context!!!
Fairytales are not real in any language.
Which one?
such handsome gentlemen
It is very interesting how divorce effects so many of us in one way or another. This is my first & only childhood experience with divorce: I grew up going to a very small school, where all 26 of us in second grade knew each other & our famlly members extremely well. My class was out for recess when one of my very best friends gathered us all around to tell us some bad news. We all (boys & girls) huddled up around her, she told us her mom & dad were getting a divorce. We cried, i didn't totally understand but i knew pain, & felt it for her & wih her. All of us cried, we all felt the sting of that heartbreaking loss together with her in that moment. I was the youngest & smallest in that class & the older girls always took a watchful eye over me. So when I asked what divorce really meant they explained that her parents weren't going to live in the same house together anymore, not ever. That moment resonated in me. The friend going through it was a close friend so much so that we spent the night with each other about once or twice a month, all through school until graduation.

Ancient Hebrew is almost the same as modern Hebrew
I knew our "Christian" bible is not in the same order as the Jewish Bible, but do not know as to why. Plus! The Hebrews read from right to left whereas we read left to right. More challenging to read from right to left, it does take some getting used to. (I have an Israeli OT Bible, which is written in both Hebrew and English. Very interesting! Gain more insight into meaning of words. Also, have The Complete Jewish Study Bible, mainly in English with Hebrew words, such as names of God, Lord, Jesus, Holy Spirit, the names of the books of the bible. Much more depth and insight.)
The Koine Greek of the New Testament is understood by the average Greek with great ease.
So the Gutenberg bible don’t exist in Latin? A broad question deserves broad answers
