@@supportadvice1888 If you hear a buzzing or humming sound or no sound when turned on there might be an issue with the blower motor. It' s located behind the glove box. You'd have to take the glove box off to reach the blower motor.

@@supportadvice1888 chances are the blower behind the glove box is not working. Secondly its possible the a/c power switch that slides sideways is not working. But I would personally replace the blower first.

@@monicabrown3060 It is not likely that the sauder would come undone unless you put direct heat on it. A more likely issue would be the needle that points to the speed could have broken down. One way to know is if the needle in the dash made a rattling noise just before it stopped working. Otherwise it most likely be the speed sensor. Speed sensors on these cars are known to break down often.

@@MikeKollin I have seen used ones on Ebay. Just type in "speed sensor bottom gear" on Ebay. Or go to Autozone. They might be able to order it from their supplier.

No problems at all. I ran the car plenty and no issues when hot. What stood out is that I had better throttle response. Car responded as soon as I stepped on the gas. No lag. And main thing it is a reliable distributor. You are paying for the quality. The distributor I previously purchased from the autoparts store broke down within a few days. Go Accel.

The fog light connector is a seperate smaller clip that goes just under the rear of the foglight switch. You will see the smaller connector attached to your old light switch. Simply remove both the head light connector and fog light connector off your old light switch and on to your new light switch. The fog light switch is easier to remove. All you need is a flat screw driver. Slide the screwdriver under the clip and at the same time push with your thumb sliding clip away from old light switch. Sorry I didn't mention or record that part on the video.

Congrats on the new Fox. They're lots of fun. Yeah the autoparts brands are reconditioned junk. Especially for anything with moving parts. Accel Distributor was great and reliable. No gains but throttle response is a little better and most important is it runs smooth and isn't gonna break down after a few days like the cheap autoparts brands. Thanks for posting!!! Actually the wire nuts are more practical. When it's time to replace the clip, a quick twist and the wire comes off. It's quick, safe and is out of sight since its inside the dash.
