do not buy car shield ---i worked at a dealership for 40 plus years /ford dealership-/they were so bad that we would not accept car shield any so more/-they never payed for any thing /and they would get you to tare down a customers trans then would not pay to fix trans - so now customer has a bad trans and car tour down on top of that -and owes dealership for tare down-/very mad customer---/so when customer came on service drive they would say they have car shield we would say sorry we do not do repairs for car shield

If endurance warranty denies you they won’t give you a 3rd party arbitration

Endurance screwed me hard, I’m a diy person. I’ve taking care of all my 6 vehicles. I changed my thermostat on my jeep myself 10,000 miles and 9 month later before making a claim. Inside contract says you are not a trained tech so it’s not covered. Even though it was 10,000 miles prior. It’s 2 10mm bolts and a clamp you don’t need to be a tech for that

Sorry about all the typos, Android auto correct issues after I typed in my story. When I went over to look at the Better Business Bureau website, when one clicked on the Endurance info, my Malware Bytes app tell me " stop and not to go because of phishing links" . " wonder company all around' 🤔

In August, bought a used Ford Eco boost F150. I was promised bells and whistles, and it sound goof from Endurance & I had seen a good review of them . I gave Endurance sales person Adrian Perez my physical address and I told him several times that I need the plastic cards and documents mailed to my post off ice box. I waited a few wekks, called up asking when I was going to get my packet, and I was told it takes awhile. Kept checking my mail and no information. Called around 30 days after I bought the warranty, asking why I hadn't received it and the customer service was vague. I asked where they sent it, and they refused to tell me. Then I got upset and said you were supposed to send it to my POB address in Palouse, Washington. But if you sent it to xyz in another Washington town, then it would have come back. Then they admitted they sent it to the other town. They said now that they have the PO box they would send it there. ( They were told over 3 times the PO box address at initial contact. ) A month passed, I called again asked when I was gonna get my welcome pack with cards and mention I paid over $ 1200 in car repair out of my pocket because I was waiting on the damn cards. Because they insisted on NO work without the cards. The lady operator said just a second, put me on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on me. I called back , got another lady, she said she didn't know when I was gonna get my package and it was then early October. I was on hold for another 25 minutes, another different woman's voice got on the line, asked me what I wanted, and I said I am still wait for this welcome pack with cards and do cuenta to find out what was cover in the extended warranty. The new lady said " oh, you some to Carl, and he isn't trained to send packages, only I am she said. ( I never spoke to a guy, only women) So I figured it was now " story time" and I was waiting for the rest of the bull scrap to come. Sure, enough she starts spinning a story about how, she doesn't understand why, once they had the new adresss( the PO box, why no one sent me the packet) I figured there must some deadline or needed to take more payments from me because I assumed once I got the information, there would be something see wrong with it. Yop, got the packet on October 18th , Contract started on August 24th 2024, and missed the opportunity to get the 30 day money back promised if cancelled. As I started to read the contract, lots of things I was promised by sales person Adrian Perez in FL ( I am in Washington State) Endurance doesn't cover. " bait and switch ". A $100 deductible per incident, I would have never agreed to THAT!.( had similar contract with Ford, and another way for dealerships to scam people) Yes, I am calling them on Monday, and hope they cancel me for using bait and switch tactic and false advertising. If not, I have other plans and will " play hard ball" 😎

I won't get endurance I dropped that account because of that racing car driver Dana with her b******* going around telling that Trump election was rigged after all of Trump's judges said it wasn't in Trump's cabinet said it wasn't this lady still pushing that around I'm supposed to buy some insurance from endurance I canceled that s*** with my wife told me I will not

I had serious problem with them ! Engine and transmission after my engine broke down they start throwing me like a ball between garage, smart auto care and endurance . They asked me to break down the engine at my expense then mention have to check what’s exact the problem. I had to replace the engine at my cost and refused to cover anything after they stated will cover up to $2500 now they saying we deny your claim ! I’ve been paying them $140 a month for 8 months

I don't know why people buy these. You're going to pay for the repair whether it's through your premiums or paying for it outright. At least if you pay for it yourself, you know what the cost will really be and you won't be gambling that you'll save money by fighting an insurance company for it. My car is out of warranty, I bought it new and it's paid for. I have already saved $1000 by not having an extended warranty. That amount increases every month I don't pay for one. If, (not when) it breaks down, I'll pay for it. I might sell it before it needs repairs and I have immaculately maintained it mechanically by the dealer and aesthetically by a professional detailer (It's only a Sentra). This warranty business is just insurance. Insurance companies don't want to pay, so don't be surprised when they don't. I'd rather put that money toward a newer car.

I ve been doing marketplace for like 7 years, never have i seen so many people unreliable , slow to respond , dont show up , people ask for items and never follow up . I get it people have work, family commitments , but still answer the damn text, it only takes 1minute . Since the pandemic too there’s a big rise in fake accounts , scammers that have no interest in buying anything.

A lot of people think that they buy these extended warranties and they can sit back and sleep well at night. These home and car warranties are BS. They cover basically nothing. They will tell you anything to sell the "warranty". They told my dad that their home warranty would protect him in the event of a total loss. What a bunch of BS. I finally closed his bank account from which they were withdrawing $700 a month and cancelled their crap. They later called him and left a voicemail asking if he wanted to renew his "appliance warranty". So it went from total loss protection for his home to just an appliance warranty. For $700 a month, he could have stacked up new, back-up appliances for his whole house in the garage and been done with it after half a year. If you have to replace the engine then scrap the car. You're done.

Dude, they are not going to cover an engine or transmission blowing out. Hell no!

Warranties can only be issued by the car manufacturers. The other products are half assed insurance policies.

The battery is in the back plate of the trunk for the electrical component of the car and the starter battery is under the hood

I wanted to do the endure policy because my Mercedes now has a bad power steering leak I just don’t trust it

Been there done that on countless W140's. Buy the J hooks or remove the power knee bolster pad.... Beforehand...get a butter knife...put some oil or silicone on the blade and then insert the blade along the bottom of the cluster and and work the blade around the cluster... this will help break it loose....slide the knife in about 2 inches or use a credit card and work it around the cluster and dash. Don't forget to lower and extend the steering wheel also.

Cruise control and power antenna are known trouble spots. Good luck with the wood. Try and find a replacement piece.
