@@Xirder I watch em all the time. It'll never change the fact that I mainly play in my living room on a big TV very far away. My aim will always be bad, even in PvE. I've made some community posts about it as proof.

@@Xirder Friday I got curb stomped for several hours and went back to PvE. I come back in Sunday and was getting more kills in trials than ever before. That's the key: play Sunday afternoon.

@@Sinnux_ you know it's bad when me, a bad player, has a good game. I can say that the Yamaha Bass guy is actually pretty decent (he's beat my ass for years in IB and comp).

So yeah, I always start off way too passive because I'm not confident in my skills and also, I just don't wanna be that blueberry who immediately runs to the lane and gets smoked, giving the other team kill activated perks. Typically I kinda feel out the lobby to see if there's any PVP gods with Chappy or whatever with 10k kills on it ready to farm me. Then once I see where I stand I tend to push more and play more aggressive. My mindset is "if there's a really good blueberry on my team, I don't want to make their match suck because I'm putting them in a 1 or 2 v 3", which is what happens to me all the time lol.

@@Based_Shogun Cool, I was worried I might have come off as an ahole giving advice where it isn't wanted. Only thing I would say for now, If you're looking to improve, is to 1) trying to get more active, and playing with your blues (Not on top of them, we saw what good that did at 4:00) but... I like to imagine it like a spear. If you know where an enemy is try to point your guns in that direction so they dont get free shots, teamshooting is Powerful, and even if your not hitting shots, they have to play differently just because you're shooting in their direction. 2) radar tips: You probs already know there are 3 levels to radar, but if your watching the radar invis is actually not always your friend, as being in invis will drastically shrink the range your radar will pick up people. I don't know ranges but its significant. It was a nerf done to invis hunter. Something that probs saved you (1:05), but don't know why is, crouching actually reduces the radar's ability to see you (you become a blinking red slice rather then a solid slice.)

@@seerm1744 honestly I can barely even see the radar at all 99% of the time since I sit so far away from the TV and it's just generally very faint to begin with. When I play at work I'm much closer than at home, and even then I can't even see my radar on some portions of some maps because it's too opaque. Also, my wife and I used to play a ton of Apex, Battlefield, and COD, and those radars are just so much more exact, so I kinda just suck at this one LMAO

@@Based_Shogun ah ya fair, i think there are a few settings that can help visibility, but d2's rader is vague at the best of times.

@@seerm1744 bro you have no idea how many times I'm thinking there's nobody close to me after looking at the radar, only to get shotgunned in the back a second later. I've even clipped times where it happened and the radar didn't show any red lol

Lately I've seen iirc like three vids on the Marsilion by actual good content creators, and I'm like YES! IT'S A GOOD SOLAR GL! I never see anyone rocking it, but I'm here to say it's not that bad!

@@shubhamstark8 uhh I've obviously done it if I've got dozens of rolls, but thanks? I would argue that getting strange coins for free while doing activities, then turning them in to get these from Xur is the way to go, and doing Pale Heart chest farming is fine if you've got nothing else to do.

mainly you use tresh to proc alpa lupi and then u get bonus to other abilitys. you can use shiver strike for movment to proc inmost light. and then tresh. gerat for pvp combo

The amount of times you're using your class ability to get abilities rolling and making orbs while healing is insane. Alpha is my main for a very long time, so having part of it's ability on the class item very much fits my play style. In my builds I'm usually rocking distribution and reaper on my class item, recuperation, absolution, and a weapon surge on my legs, heavy handed and impact or momentum on my arms, and hands on on my helmet. So I've got a lot of ways to cycle and buff my abilities. It's extremely fun.

@@obama8285 you're missing the point. Using your class ability isn't a magic wand. It's a tool to cycle your abilities by making an orb, getting a kill if you can, and then having the benefits from the orb. It's not that hard to grasp. The immediately heal when you're one shot can win you fights when the other player doesn't know it. Then you if you make and pick up the orb with powerful attraction you're at full health. I've done it and I'm pretty bad.

@@markm.9968 inmost, star eater is one I use in content with tanky bosses. Ophidian, alpha is my PVP one (but since prizzy got nerfed in PVP, IDK if I'll even use it anymore). Abeyant, alpha is very good for harder content since you can suspend and heal simultaneously when you pop your barrier. I love that one. The two I still want are inmost, alpha for ability spam with healing, and also inmost, synthos for melee spam. That one's gotta be the one I see all the time in PvE endgame vids.

hoil and syntho for gm’s, or syntho and assassin for the harder ones so you can go invisible. syntho sever is also fun but the spamming from syntho and hoil is unmatched if you have skill

Inmost syntho is the god roll rn You can basically incinerate a whole room of champions (yes champions) in gms

@@Dsmgreg925 I now have 189 kills with it, and I think it's pretty solid in that 30-35m area. Unforch that it rolled with closing time though. I can honestly say that zen is the perk you want because once you activate it, you're hitting crits on anybody trying to ego challenge you. I haven't used it this weekend in trials or comp because I've fallen in love with my chroma rush roll and haven't taken it off for three days. I actually LOVE the two burst HC's compared to normal ones. I've got an old adept Warden's Law with smallbore/corkscrew, tacmag, moving target/perpetual motion, and zen. Fucking Lazer beam. 77 range, 56 stability, and on the right maps I can actually duel some pulses and other HC's. Haven't used it in several seasons since high impacts delete you before you can get your third double shot out lol. But I'm hopeful it'll be fun to use again after the Nerf.

I always burst the boss using transcendence and Tcrash it always gets the job done. The fun part is when there are too many ads and my consecs are available.

I had consecutive losses for hours at one point, and my longest win streak was two matches before promptly losing several again. I check the lobby's gear and titles while waiting for every match to start. Can't tell you how many times I, a bad PVP player, was teamed up with two blueberries who couldn't even bother to take off PvE mods for trails. Meanwhile the other team was full of adept trails weapons and Flawless titles. Almost every match was 0-5 and maybe one of us would get a single kill.

@ it’s ok .it works for me with the comp 4 burst ..I tried it on the frosty it works but I lose range and you can feel it during the gun fights ..

​@@Dipsticck I always give it a couple rounds because I often start off slow to see what everybody's gonna do, but if my blueberries get smoked instantly over and over, then I'm like ok, no shot we're doing this. I certainly can't carry against decent players. But then there's a one in a million team like this. It does happen once in a great while. I could cite dozens of examples this weekend alone where my teammates just leave the match on round three or four when we're not even doing that badly, so it is what it is. I give these guys all the credit in the world for not quitting when I clearly played like shit.

@@Zenphoshen I was so close! Still looking for that extended, wolf , headseeker, all range roll. I've tried using ones with under 60 range, but they either get shredded by autos when I'm kinda closer or melted by high impacts when I'm further away.

@@thrillababyy extended, ricochet, wolf, headseeker, range. You need to hit like 60+ range on this gun to be competitive on most maps in PVP. Now if I was actually a good player, I'd also want encore, KC to melt people, but I struggle to just get a first kill against most decent players, so I'm not going to chase perks that'll be dead if I can't win my 1's to begin with. I have an old roll with double perks which proved this. It's got corkscrew, ricochet, encore, tricorn (I forget the MW) and ballistics mod, and it's ok-ish in PVP, but again, its got two dead perks for the initial fight.

@ copy that I’m a PvP main ..I have the kill clip roll with the same perks you mentioned in the beginning. I’m looking for the headseeker roll as well .but I tested the kill clip roll last night and it was pretty damn good went on a couple streaks ..going to have to test the headseeker roll with lone wolf as I already have the encore headseeker roll.. I grind Gambit for my dawning material because I’m also looking for zen headseeker bygones ..Good hunting though hope we both find that wolf/ headseeker that roll . 🤞🏾

@@thrillababyy on thing I've noticed is that good players using high impacts are still destroying me with two bursts, so I honestly don't think it'll be meta in comp or trials.

@ high impacts get nerfed Jan 9th and Lightweight Frames buffed ..I feel you though ..FYI-I changed my button layout and it helps…I use R1 to shoot and L1 to aim ..and depending on what weapon I use I teabag shoot during the gunfight ..takes practice of course but it helped.

@@thrillababyy Ahhhh I wasn't sure when all that was happening, but good to know! I've got several really good lightweight rolls I'm gonna test out. There's even a collections roll for Nightshade that's pretty spicy iirc. Also, I sit really far away from the living room TV, so it's honestly just tough to see what I'm aiming at sometimes lol (see older community posts). Honestly though, I've always felt like there's no aim assist whatsoever. Like when the other players are jumping, strafing, sliding, pretty much any movement at all there's just no stickiness. If anything I only feel aim assist when two players are holding hands and of course THEN it locks onto the second player I'm not even trying to shoot. I end up damaging two people and killing none ⚰️

@@Dipsticck I always have and always will jump off the map when there's no chance of winning. Whether it's from my blueberries being complete cheeks or to deny the other team from getting a little more super energy by killing me in a 1v3. When a situation is a forgone conclusion, I'm not the type of man to deny fate.

I tried all the way until the last round, which I showed the scoreboard to prove, but whether I sprint, stand still, or jump to my death, it's the same result, and DID NOT affect the outcome of the game. That's why it's not throwing. I've got vids on here of people throwing literally in round two. I don't do that.

@@BombadiliAce literally the only gun I'm going to focus is the pulse and that's because I've always liked the feel of Suros and Omolon guns, and they typically have great stats and perks.

@@BombadiliAce I have a sneaking suspicion that they're going to buff Linears soon because they've been throwing them at us for several seasons now, and Bungie likes to let certain guns be meta a while, then nerf them so we have to grind for others.

Firefly is a low-mid tier game perk that's almost useless in endgame, unfortunately. It needs like a 50% buff at least. Frenzy, KT is so strong that there's almost no reason to ever run OFA unless you're in a game mode where you're constantly getting it to proc. Otherwise you're either trying to make it work when it doesn't, or you've got a dead perk.

You have to do at least 3 matches of comp weekly after placement to focus those weapons trust me i got annoyed too. If that isn't your problem then idfk. Trying my best here.
