Wow this is beautiful, at school we've been learning about different modes of documentary making. This is a perfect example for poetic documentary making. I also feel like from 3:06-3:19, in my opinion, the dried out/dead plant represents death and the green plant represents life, then the stream of water represents nourishment to both these plants. Lol that's what I think though, maybe I'm wrong

Howdy-do Jamie, very in depth and meaningful video, shows great juxtaposition and context. Henceforth, the light that shone through the leaves really gave me some enjoyable enlightenment. Conversely, when the cars skipped along the road and their presence came closer, it really gave me the opportunity to imagine life like I never had before. At 1:06, when the grass intertwined next to the black tar road, it really showed what the world has become, commercialised and lost in its in own self. At 1:07, when the indicator blinked it flashed my life before my eyes, causing me to think deeper about the real meaning of life. Also Jamie, I would like to stress the fact that the techniques and strategies used turned the film from what could have been an ordinary and boring film, into one that was beautiful and prepossessing. I know this might sound non sequitur, but I am only hear to somewhat be didactic and guide you in the right direction for future films. Finally, I thoroughly enjoyed the closing scenes of the flowers, plants, water and the moon as it ended the film smoothly and effectively, with such grace and beauty, while being exceedingly aesthetically pleasing. I look forward to hearing from you and experiencing more of your elegant films You are a truly an incredible filmmaker and soul toucher Kind regards and the best of luck for the future You dearest subscriber, liker, commenter, and notification squad member, Jack

This is a quote from the character Lorien from the old series Babylon 5 "When we are born, we are allocated to a finite number of seconds. Each tick of the clock slices off a piece of us. A possibility for joy is gone. Tock. A careless word ends one path, opens another. Tick, tock. Tick, tock. Always running out of time."
