Getting the inline four fired up, this 1976 CB750k has not run since 1983. I am so stoked to be able to get the old girl to breath fire again. Just done fine tuning to do then clean up.

Honda gl500 being fired up for first time for many years. Using Murray’s Carb kit. I used marvel mystery oil to lube bores in case rings were stuck, hence the white smoke. Super stoked I’ve got her running. Now to attach throttle cable as it has a 2 into 1 set up and quick throttle tube. I want this running so I can have a sound byte when I fit the New Exhausts I’m manufacturing, a 2 into 1 meg...

I had an '82 900F, same color scheme as yours. I put a Kerker 4:1, CB1100 cams/oil cooler/swingarm and a set of superbike bars on it. Very enjoyable bike. This was back in the '90s.
Cool bike. A bike club where I live had a couple of these around 79-81 this was the era which saw the end of triumph chops here in Britain.

Water or sand from spinning tyre will get thru that carb funnels?
Not if you have copper Gauze like mine have inside the velocity stacks. Didn’t have ANY issues at all.
