You are a great asset for the HTF team! It is amazing how many guys don’t understand what marketing is and the benefits of having short term and long term plans when “selling” your team to potential sponsors. Also, it is very important to be realistic in your expectations as what you can deliver for the sponsors.

My mother lives un FL we( her 3 adult kids live in indiana) This is something that has overwhelmed her on what she even needs to do to get ready for that situation since as of late she has had medical issues that will greatly shorten her life. I would like more information on this process and fee you charge to possibly get her in contact with you. She does have an estate as well as money's to be divided between the three of us and the steps to insure that what she wants to happen happens. So would love more information a out what you did and can help with would really appreciated.

Great information and I would highly recommend that everyone do as Liz says and do it ASAP because we do not know what tomorrow brings. The last thing you want to do is go through Probate Court and let a judge decide what happens to your assets!

So I went 501(c)(7) private org. Charging monthly dues for members. We offer our other small business sponsors free admission to events, occasional lessons with a professional racing school, advertising, and promotions they can run for their customers as club benefits. Sponsors are members. We only want sponsors who are enthusiasts as-well. The goal is to make the sport more attainable to average people.

@liz I’m an accountant and we race moto! There’s no real appreciable assets nor would that have impact on book profitability only tax (book vs. tax)..the profitability would be most relevant by sponsors more branding as an advertising firm. This statement would apply to maybe a Joe Gibbs team with R&D capitalization and facilities and would impact balance sheet valuation and future profits. Wouldn’t really apply to a team supporting youth or whatever. 501s is a good option with business case of developing youth etc etc through motor sports.
