​@@bicnarok its called balancing....once something terrible happens..like Chernobyl or any other Man made disaster.A period of anarchy followed by a bit of piece...Egyptians,Persia,Rome,England,100 yrs war,WW1,WW2,Yugoslavia,Rwanda etc...Any "modern" tribalism or empire building leads to chaos later.....ALL these things come at a massive cost...its just most governments have too many short term thinkers making terrible decisions... Now the Americans cause chaos EVERYWHERE again because they are short term thinkers. Why is the Middle east not settled..it has been inhabited by civilizations when most of the planet wasn't ...so why over the last 60 yrs has it become terrible?? Its not Islam or Christianity or paganism its pure politics. The Americans fund terrorist groups all over the world, yet act as if the MESS cause isn't partially their fault....these days you can't spit without it costing money..so where does all the money these dodgy groups have come from???
