The Warning Band and their video for Six Feet Deep- The Warning has played sold out shows all over the world, both as an opening band and as headliners. Europe loves them. South America loves them. Canada loves them. The US loves them. I could go on and on country by country. The Warning has become a world-wide sensation in the 11 years they have been working but it wasn’t always easy. Through the early years they were criticized by people telling them to just stop- they would never make it. Why bother with all the work. You will never get anywhere. And playing drums for just for boys. This song and video "Six Feet Deep" is them exercising those demons away. There are so many references within the song- All the scenes of the girls being younger show them in outfits they actually wore when they debuted to the US on the Ellen show in 2015 (Although Dany’s outfit is not exact it represents the outfit she wore). You will see in the video that Alejandra’s Mustang ¾ scale bass (that she played in the early years) is the one the “entity” takes away from her and smashes. You will also see while Paulina is being terrorized a knife is taken and the knife is cutting the words “Shut Up” on the wall. Daniela had a notebook with the lyrics for this song ripped away and it burst into flames on the floor. Then on the wall in flames is the phrase “U Can’t”. This video is a very powerful message to those critics that YES. THEY. CAN. and they did! Also sprinkled into this was them burying their own doubts and second thoughts. Now watch this video again with that knowledge in your head. And by the way- note that grown-up Dany, Alejandra, and Paulina learned from that experience and have their instruments chained to the floor.

This was originally released in 1970 by Badfinger on their “No Dice” album. . It was written by band members Pete Ham and Tom Evans. The song gained notoriety when Harry Nilsson released his version in 1971. Nilsson was an accomplished songwriter but this cover was one of his biggest hits. I consider it the best version of this song. Ham and Evans each, at different times and for personal and financial reasons, ended their lives (Ham, 1975, Evans, 1983]. Check out Nilsson’s version. As you have heard in the previous songs and have mentioned, the drummer(ii or 2) is a monster. He has several Drumeo videos I suggest you watch. He's insane to watch.
