I bet they would hate it. Look how dystopian and soulless this building looks compared to any architectural feat they created. There is no soul or human expression. Kinda goes against everything they created.

@@Smiggers You do understand that this is just design right? 3D construction will limitlessy build anything you can think of, with a sole rule of thumb: shit in, shit out. I am 3D printing a scale model of the first house that I bought, which is going to enter construction soon. The way I am putting it together, its different parts and stories look nothing like this.

@@ahadkhannl currently all printed homes look like this. But nothing you mentioned changes my option. Even with future advancements. While this ultimately may reduce costs and labor.. in the end.. man's creations from blood sweat and tears are always better. Because there is skill involved. Often a lifetime of learnings. All things manufactured identical by robots lack soul and will reflect that.

The other guy is trying to point out the irony of ever stopping short in the infinite cascade of designers’ blood sweat and tears and saying this particular crest was best. You can. No doubt. But there’ll be similar souls wracking themselves to no end figuring out how to hack this into something better and better. You gotta see big picture

@@devmehta4144 I doubt that dudes ever been on a construction site in his life. It’s not like the Romans didn’t know how the do building veneer to make stuff look good. Romans builders think like any other builder in the modern era…. How can I cut costs and deliver a finished project faster. The slaves at the bottom level aren’t thinking about the artistry of masonry, they just want to get fed and paid. It’s the engineer that has to factor in the time it takes for structural work to finish before he can bring in artisans that specialize in say marble work.

for sure reinforced concrete is much more durable compared to timber. Dont be fooled by the 3D concrete printing technology, material wise is the same as they even built skyscraper out of reinforced concrete

Imagine if you tell your potential client that you will build them a house with ridges on the walls. And when the customers come back they see a bunch of imperfections on the surface of the walls. They will not pay, rightly so, for that job. But because it's done with a 3D printer you're supposed to accept it.
