Old video, but I would NEVER buy a car that new. I only buy used, proven cars that are 10-15 years old. 2 years ago we bought a 2010 Ford with 135k miles. It still runs like a clock today, and only issue was with the 4x4 shift motor. I understand selling the MachE, being stranded like that must have been extremely frustrating. I hope 2 years later is a lot smoother for you!

I have a mach e, and my opinon as a owner is in general EVs cars are for commute, great commuters. The EV market and country are not ready for be driving around from coast to coast much less end up in isolated small little towns where is no parts or other than a dealership able to fix the car, this cars have a crazy engeneering and we can say they evolving and getting better between generations. Some day but no any time soon. Add road assistance and towing to your insurance the mach e dont even have a spare tire.

Proves they still have incentives, if EV were useful other than urban driving they might make it, if they are so good there should be no incentives...

Ford Lightning sales mwill increase at a normal pace. Tesla CT will increase sales equal to production ramp. Th CT has surpases the combined sales of all EV trucks in the US. It is running at a rate of 50,000/year, but the manufacturing line is designed for 250,000 per year. With a $20,000 price reduction, FSD supervised and new tech batteries that offer more range at a lower cost it willbe very difficult for the other pev pickups manufacturers toi compete with the CT. More amazing that ev sales increased when Ford was claining slowing down production in order to make hybrids.

i have the mach e for two years, and i got a error that one of the camera's is failing, because of this somethings dont work any more, driving is no problem but staying between lines and cruise control and some other thins dont work any more. I did the car to te garage and they say its a broken module. The price of this module is 1800 euro, but because my mach e is only 2 years old i get a discount of 700 euro. This means that i still have too pay 1100 euro without the work 250 euro is total 1350 euro. i'm absolutely not agree with this, since when is it normal that a module is broken after 2 years and i have too pay for it. I"m not happy with this but what can i do accept pay????

I have a 2023 Mach E and I have nothing but good things to say about it. That said, the car is only used for local driving about 250 miles per week and I only charge it at home. I would never even think about driving it or ANY ev cross country. EV’s are not for everyone!

You didn't really loose 30-35 percent range, instead you used 30-35 percent of the battery energy for heat. A gas car heats a car for free, provided that you need heat.If you don't, it is 100% waste heat that the car is making at all times. Otherwise only about 30-40 percent of that energy goes from the tank to actual distance travelled. An EV, being 70-80 percent efficient, conservatively, in terms of energy stored to distance travelled only appears more sensitive to range loss in winter. Basically you dive for 25% as cheap as gas in the summer, and no worse than 50-60 as much as gas in the winter. Batteries and gas store energy, not distance.... Nice Vid

While my Model 3 was at the auto body shop, I had to drive a Hyundai Kona for a couple weeks. I was very impressed. In some ways, it was better than Teslas autopilot and I trusted it more. Not a lot of people talk about it. It’s like Tesla makes their autopilot a little dumb so that people feel like they should upgrade to FSD.

I don't know how this nonsense about not being able to take a EV to a car wash started. You absolutely can take it to a tunnel car wash... whether you should or shouldn't is irrelevant. There's no issues with washing it this way.

This was a common issue with the Mach E early on. It wasn't even a serious issue to fix but the problem it causes cystomers is terrible because they can't charge most of the time.
