मेरा नाम विकाश कुमार है। मैं बिहार के एक छोटे से गाँव के रहने वाला हु। तो दोस्तो मेरा TH-cam पर चैनल बनाने का एक ही मकसद हैं। की दोस्तो मैं एक वेल्डर हु। और वेल्डर का सैलरी अभी के टाइम मे आप लोग जानते ही होंगे । इंडिया 20 से 30 हजार है। और इतना से ही मेरा घर चलता है। और हम उतना पढ़े भी नही है कि पासपोर्ट बना के विदेश जाए।
तो इसी लिए हम सोचे कि क्यों न एक youtube चैनल बनके जो काम करते हैं उसका वीडियो उपलोडे करे। तो दोस्तो बस आप लोग साथ दीजिये गा तो आगे कुछ कर पाएंगे।

You welders out there. Would you want to stay on the edges a bit more to make sure it fuses to the bevel or if he’s hot enough, then his pace is fine?

Do you feed the wire when having to do a root pass?, I’m a student at a welding academy and I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong
I do not feed, I just lay wire and walk over it, the only time I will feed is if I don’t have room to walk in which case I’ll drag my torch hand and walk the rod instead
If the gap is bigger than your rod, you have to feed it or else you will start keyholing. If you run a bigger gap, freehanding is much easier than walking
