I am also facing some similar kind of issues, only thing for me it’s less severe. When it passes on bump on highway the door shakes a bit , it feels like it snugs off and snaps back to the place , horrible and irritating ride on highways . I recently upgraded from crosstrek to outback , previously also it used to happen like this with crosstrek, but as usual trusted again and got the same pain. if you go the service center they will change the rubber or make some adjustments to the stricter plate but that does not help . It could make the problem even worse.
