"And Mary said: “My soul magnifies the Lord,
And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior." " (Luke 1:45-47)
What strength and fortitude Mary must have had to be the mother of the Son of God during His time here on Earth. How often she must have worried whether she was doing things right, or whether she would stumble and make a mistake. Yet from the very start, she praised God for the honour bestowed upon her and trusted His wisdom and guidance. May we too look to our heavenly Father for help when we cannot find our way and trust His tender mercy and care to guide us all the days of our life.
