Great overview .. We have a 2Br 2Ba Unit in South Tower and love it. Much more laid back in North OCMD but still a lot of great restaurants and activities. We do rent out our unit so please DM me if you want details.

I lived here as a teenager in the 80s. 1310 Fountainhead - it was a nice big end unit and I worked across the street at House of Crabs and then the Ice Cream Store next door - I used to sneak into the green turtle underage haha

We stayed at 6 different motels in OC. Stayed at the Princess Royale three times and hate the parking. My wife had s handicapped placerd and they like most places they do not have emough handicapped parking spots and she has dementia so I can no longer drop her off at the lobby door. Ended up parking on the third floor of parking garage and she had to take a rest every hundred feet of walking. Now only to smaller motels. We usually go to OC twice a yesr. Wife always enjoys going down for Thanksgiving week so she can go to the Winter Fest Christmas displays in North Park.

You should do a u tube video on the annual Winter Fest that runs from middle of November until New Year's Eve 5 nights a week. Over 750,000 LED light bulbs in the numerous holiday displays. Think it takes 12 to 15 minutes on tram car to see entire displays. Nicest & probably the largest shore park on the East Coast.

While the wife did a walk around this huge park I would go crabbing by the foot bridge. Think most were not keepers but always throw every crab back.

I think my Uncles on my Dad’s side actually helped build the Pyramid condo

consider staying here few times but always ended up at Sea Watch

That condo was the best! I spent so many summers there as a kid thanks to my grandmother!

<3 the Sea Watch imo BEST building in OC. One big question i know the top level units are 2 story is the 00 stack penthouse unit 2 story as well? i never been able to find floor plan for that unit id love to see it if you can contact the owner.

One of the worst maintained buildings in OC, what was once "THE" place to stay in all of OC has become one of the worst.

Wow. This place is rad! But, is it haunted?

What are the numbers of the units? Like if you have something ending in 08, where is that located in the building?

A few times a year units become available for purchase. Its a popular building so turnover isn’t as high as some of the other oceanfront high rises. You can use your condo all year long!
