I have to say, I own this keyboard on windows for 3 weeks now, and I never had this problems that you mention about the comma, or needing time to wake up. Maybe it was a firmware issue and is fixed, or maybe you had a problem with your switches.

hey, is the function keys works for you with Mac? I have Newmen Mechanical keyboard with the same layout to you and the function keys does not work. It only works to control media and other stuffs with function key, not on it own. Not sure how to get it works with function keys like F3 for Mission Control

Just got a brand new RK84 today and it will not work in wired mode. I tried 3 different cables and 2 different PCs

Dude, did you never think about returning it as a faulty keyboard becasue i have never heard of these such problems with this kybaord that you're experiencing aside from the short range issue with the 2.4 ghz wirelss dongle?

thank you for your vid. its sad to see a company let its buyers down. i bought the rk100 after watching modders and the like play with the board and like the basic abilites of the rgb but dealing with the software has been a nightmare. glad i didnt actually update my firmware yet. ill just try and play with the software i found. also sucks that has to be wired to used with the software. this keyboard sounds pretty good and could be a hit but the software is whats holding it back :(

I have heard of many people saying that rk84 2.4 dongle is bad . I believe its due to usb 3.0 interfering with the signal . Try a usb 2.0

Range issue is not RK-specific, i experienced it with many brand of wireless peripherals. To have reliable low latency input - direct line of sight is pretty much a requirement. Try plugging dongles into a monitor or have a separate USB hub for them hanging behind the monitor or desk. For TV cabinet i installed a 3.5" expansion with more USB ports and plugged all dongles into it and now i have reliable connection at any distance

I had to return it. The Bluetooth functionality is also very bad. It skips keystrokes like a lot (so it’s bad at being a keyboard). This wouldn’t be a problem when I plugged it in, but I just hate the USB C cable personally bc it felt pretty loose (it would disconnect whenever I pull my keyboard forward). Also, the lighting keeps going to sleep. Even after configuring to ‘no sleep’ via the software, this setting would reset to default (i.e., sleep after 5 min) after I restarted my computer. All in all, the price is absolutely not justified. It’s barely a budget keyboard as I paid over $100 CAD for this (plus you would pay more to modify key switches, caps, etc). I would pay more and get a fully functioning keyboard.

Sir, how do you charge it for the first time? Like can you use it while charging or just charge it in a phone charger (which may be faster)? It has been mentioned in the manual "For a better experience, please fully charge the keyboard before first use"
