And there we were thinking that percussion IS musical instruments. :)

I wondered if I'd be challenged on this point. I know yours is a friendly jibe but it when it gets to the point of percussion becoming cacophony ...... I don't know if the instrumental free for all in the street parade in general and not just the percussion,is here to stay but I remember it being more together in the past. Maybe they should stick to simple tunes when there are so many players and not trying to show too much individualistiic expertise.

It was my first convention. Such variety, and so much talent. Funny, though, how so many different bands had musicians that look the same! Must be some sort of cloning machine somewhere ... Anyway, I hope you're enjoying the videos.
