One of our team members suggested heading up to RMNP following an event in Denver. Great day for an amazing hike. I left in the relentless wind noise to get a sense of how some of the upper elevation sections were. Thanks to Jeremy Myers for leading the way.

It had just rained all night in this area and we hiked the Lake 22 trail early in the morning. It really felt like the real PNW climate compared to the blue skies we had for the past week. Beautiful hike even though there was zero vis at the lake. Sorry for the shaky footage - I didn't reset my GoPro for low light - nooob move.

Nice job 👍
Gorgeous!!
Amazing!!!!
Great example. Installing this fence today.
I've been planning in building exactly this fence. Board on board with lattice on top. Did you use 4 x6 posts? Pressure treated? It looks amazing. Great job.
6x6 PT posts but everything else is Japanese cedar. My central Florida custom fence builder sells the materials and imports all his cedar from Japan. Cheaper than the Canadian alternative with the tariff.
Beautiful fence 😍
That looks amazing. Building the same thing as I type. The southern heat is a bear !
Beautiful!
Awesome job!
would have been NICE if he talked LOL
Love the way this looks, and it inspired me to consider building our own lattice, but would really be helpful to have your materials list for both lumber and fasteners. Was also not entirely clear to me how you fastened the lattice box to the top of the fence. Looks like you just stuck it in. Next step you show seems to be adding a trim board to the top of the pickets and under the lattice box, but still can't see how you attached the lattice box.
Lattice was made from ripping full rough sawn 1/2 x 6" x 8' cedar pics into 3 equal width strips, and building out the panels inside a 2 x 4 rough sawn cedar frame. All the wood was full dimensional lumber purchased from the fence company - same cedar they built the fence panels out of. The posts were all set at 8', and the fence pics at 6'. The custom lattice boxes drop into the 2' x 8' opening on top of the fence panels, and screw through the lattice box sides into the fence post. The trim board under the lattice panel was just to trim it out. I used crown staples to build the lattice and the small diameter coated deck screws for everything else. Good luck!
Great job , well thought out . Your a pro !
Good technique
Semi professional. LOL. beautiful work.
Nice job--Great scenery
enjoyed the hike, thanks for sharing.
Nice work. Do you have the plans and specs for this build?
Beautiful work. Did you make these because the pre-made ones were junk?
